I bought a MacBook, and 3 hours after the purchase I realized that it was not charging and was constantly showing 1%. They wrote in the act that the whole mac was scuffed and dirty, although they themselves groped it for half an hour and tried to turn it on because it did not turn on (I remind you that I had it for about three hours after purchase and remained in perfect condition)even when charging. They said no one would return the money to you, they would give it to you for examination, they would subordinate it and return it back, SORRY, they would give it back? I was buying a new item and I don't want them to give it to me after the repair. They were scared by the guards and said they would call the police on me if I didn't leave. Why should I make excuses for the fact that they sold me low-quality goods, they were completely stunned!! consultants behave obsessively. From the threshold, they begin to actively "sell" additional services and extended guarantees, without being interested in the real needs of the client. information about goods and services is provided incorrectly.When making a purchase, I was informed of some warranty conditions, and when a problem arose, it turned out that completely different ones were valid. The problem-solving process is very poorly organized. When I complained about the product, I was redirected from one employee to another, each of whom gave contradictory explanations. As a result, the issue remained unresolved — instead of help, I received only threats of unsubscription and promises to "figure it out later." In addition, employees communicate dryly, without a hint of politeness, and their unwillingness to meet the client halfway is felt literally from the first minutes of communication. Result:Visiting the Fifth Element turned into a real stress. I do not recommend this store because: * intrusive service; * false information; * indifference to customer problems; * lack of customer orientation. I hope the management will pay attention to these shortcomings and take measures to improve the quality of service. And I advise customers to carefully consider their purchase decision in this store.

Six months later, I contacted the service of the fifth element with the problem of water leakage in the area of the rolling bottom. On-site service personnel conducted a quality check without sending the product either to the supplier or to the manufacturer (which is allowed by law in principle). The verdict was that hard water was used, so this is not a warranty case. I suggested that the employees read the warranty card, in which it is written in letters in white that in case of using harsh water, it is necessary to periodically use descaling agents, i.e. such operation is allowed by the manufacturer! I did not receive a clear answer to my question about what the warranty covers. The product was never accepted. The book of comments and suggestions was brought without unnecessary questions. They sent a reply to my request, saying that if you want, we will decide through the court. The highlighted font indicated that the examination is about 500 rubles, and, if it's not our fault, the buyer pays for the examination. I contacted a lawyer from consumer protection. He advised to require an expert examination at the State Committee for Forensic Examinations of the Republic of Belarus, rather than relying on the expert bureau with which the fifth element cooperates. At the moment, the attitude towards customers is just to get involved, and the guarantee is at the door. If the fifth element is shaking so much because of goods worth a little more than 100 rubles, then what can we say about goods of a much higher price category ... We are going to move into a new apartment soon. It is necessary to buy a lot of new equipment. I have always relied on the integrity of large retail chains, but now I am making other subjective conclusions for myself. I hope this information will help someone.

On October 2, in the evening, they bought a laptop book, paid a very small amount (they took a laptop book as a gift), two hours later, when they opened the house and looked at it well, there was a "cosmetic defect" on the outer metal side of the lid, noticeable dents on both sides. We immediately went to the store to solve this issue. The consultant who served us (GARDEL ALEXANDER SERGEEVICH), due to his incompetence or lack of knowledge of the basic rights and provisions of the store's registry, assured us, when examining the computer, that it was really a marriage and the computer would be changed for us, and asked us to come to the service center, there is generally a separate story. The girl, without any explanation, told us that the purchased product could not be exchanged and returned, because it was working, and no one was interested in external defects, then we asked to call the management in order to resolve this issue. So this is the management itself, not only that it was rude and did not really explain anything ...... the girl head had only one phrase for all our questions, "I'm going to press the alarm button", which she repeated 5 times, just to get us out of the store. Also, the consultant of GARDEL A.S., who was standing there, began to talk in a boorish manner and snarl. That is, when you come to the 5 element store, you should inspect your product very carefully, because if you left there and noticed any scratch, it doesn't matter.....your device is working and no one will return anything to you. And the staff, who speaks in memorized phrases and does not really know the basic things about the return, is very negligent about their work and the buyer, just to sell the product without even apologizing.It's sad, of course, that the 5th Element is no longer naked in the store.
