We have purchased a lot of equipment in this store, mainly Dreame and Haier brands. Half a year later, the equipment broke down and we handed over the vacuum cleaners under an extended warranty (it is purchased separately) to a service center. Both times, the equipment returned after repair in terrible condition: with scratches, scuffs and dirt inside (it remains after testing). When I asked the consultant about this, he replied that the equipment is not cleaned after testing. As compensation for defects in the equipment, they offered bonuses that can only be spent in their store, It's a pity that such an attitude towards customers, considering that we bought all new home appliances here. There are also questions about the extended warranty: it is easier to take the equipment directly to the service. It will be cheaper, faster, and the equipment will return to normal condition. By the way, the promise to provide a replacement during the repair is also not true. They offered me a regular vacuum cleaner for my cleaning one. Why would I need it if I already have one?

I always like everything: online consultations in chat rooms, timeliness and the ability to take the goods in installments without overpayments, the ability to order several types of equipment, except bulky ones, the ability to refuse the goods if they did not fit. I would especially like to mention the consultants, who always respond to requests for help, advise, and help with the choice. And I especially want to mention Taras, an exemplary specialist in these matters!!! Always a positive and smiling guy, ready to give a lightning-fast spread on any product of interest! He always sounds sincere and I want to believe him!) If I see him, I always go to him intuitively trusting!) I hope that the management of element 5 also sees the peculiarities of its employees and contributes to their interest in their business financially!)

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the situation that occurred when receiving a TV order from Yandex, issued through your store. When we arrived to receive and check the device, the staff informed us that the TV would take a long time to load, since "this happens with all Yandex TVs." While waiting for the download, which actually consisted of an endless reset to factory settings, we were repeatedly asked to abandon the chosen model and consider alternative options. At the same time, employees spoke negatively about Yandex technology. The TV did not turn on, and we, not being able to fully test it, refused the device, asking for a re-order. Later, after studying the information about the model, we found out that resetting to factory settings is possible only by pressing the bottom button. When we returned to the store, we asked to demonstrate the TV again, making sure that the specified button was not pressed. As a result, the device turned on without any problems. We would like to pay special attention to the reaction of the employees: there was no surprise on their faces, no attempt to explain what had happened, which allows us to assume the premeditation of actions aimed at discrediting our chosen product and persuading them to buy another model.

We bought a vacuum cleaner, sold a defective one, did not accept the warranty (like it was your fault), gave it to the insurance company, said it could not be done, and issued an 80% coupon. Result:we were left without a vacuum cleaner and without money, but with a coupon. I do not advise buying something here, there is a lot of waste, money does not mind!

I have two opinions about this store. They give out an additional warranty and according to reviews it does not work, personally, the screen in one TV was replaced, the other was written off and 80% of the cost was returned, the dishwasher was repaired and this is all at the end of the factory warranty. But the consultants' work is very poor, they do their best to advise you not on a quality product, but on the one they were ordered to sell.

At the same time, the advertised product did not have any objective advantages, and the consultant used a set of words that the average layman did not understand. In the end, the consultant also "puffed up his cheeks" when they didn't follow his lead... I really didn't like it! We have not encountered this before in this store.

On 11/25/25, I bought a Samsung galaxy s25 ultra phone, I did not take an additional warranty because this is another divorce for money, because in addition to the usual one-year warranty, there is also such a thing as a service life, which is prescribed to each device individually by the manufacturer and is usually two years, so during this period, according to the law, you also have the right to repair and a replacement. Next: they offered the film for 75 rubles, I agreed. In the end, the film was glued with a defect near the front camera, it was simply cut and quietly put in a box, I saw it at home in the evening and decided "God be with her"! I put my phone down because I didn't have time to transfer information from another phone. Five days later, I decided to take care of the phone and charge it in the evening, I insert the cable, but something is wrong with the socket and the charge is not going on. The next day, I arrived at the store and contacted the tech center. The girl at the tech center also confirmed that something was wrong with the nest! As a result, they offered to send it to a service center for examination. No one will give you money or a new product until the service center confirms the marriage. Bottom line: after a few days, a message arrives from the service center that the phone is ready for delivery. I arrive at the store and they give me an ACC report - the malfunction is not confirmed! I'm terrified! But the phone really started charging. I started to panic because I realize that it has been fixed and I am being deceived! I ask the girl, you saw for yourself that it didn't work, to which she just blatantly lies to my eyes, maybe we had something with the cable! We tried it on different cables, and this injustice made me furious! She asked me to invite the manager. He said that there could be a speck of dust, phones are constantly exposed to dust and at the same time they charge perfectly, for the first time I heard such a version! The money is not returned, but the goods are returned! They knowingly sell you a marriage and don't even check the goods in the store, but as soon as you cross the store line, that's it! Next, I turn to an independent expert examination in Minsk and the specialist tells me to look at the name of the store and the service center - this is a closed joint-stock company "Patio", that is, it is the same company, respectively, you should not count on an honest examination, they will never refund your money or repair a new product on the sly until the last! At the same time, the girl claimed that they had nothing to do with the service center, already at this stage they deliberately deceived her, if they had informed her of this information initially, I immediately gave the phone to an independent expert examination. An independent expert expert said that you need to contact them right away, but since Patio CJSC has already been replaced with a whole block, it is not possible to prove anything. They also warned that this store has the most problems and it is better to buy in another one! As a result, it doesn't matter with the nest, something is wrong, and if it breaks, only an independent examination! I specially wrote a detailed review so that as many people as possible would not encounter such troubles, and even for their own money! Be vigilant and thoroughly check the product in the store, or better yet in another one!
