I bought the evolution steam station 1 steamer in the Crown, in the fifth element. When unpacking, I found that the steamer hose is very soft, not durable and bent in three places, i.e. deformed. I returned it to the store the next day and asked for a refund. They refused to refund the money, although the store manager also saw this defect. I believe that when using such a hose, it will be possible to get burned, and the hose will bend, which will not allow the steam to be evenly distributed.
