On 02/14/25, I purchased a Tefal TY989OWO vertical vacuum cleaner with an extended "Protection+" warranty. The terms of the guarantee provided for a one-time elimination of defects caused by mechanical impact or ingress of foreign substances and liquids, with the exception of intentional damage to the goods. The defects should have been eliminated within 12 months from the date of purchase. However, when I handed over the vacuum cleaner for warranty service on 08/13/25, all the deadlines for troubleshooting were violated. Moreover, the information that it was decided not to wait for the spare part to be replaced was provided to me only after several calls to the contact center of the 5 Element store. At the same time, I was informed that as compensation I would receive only a coupon for the store's product, the cost of which would be reduced by 20%. I have serious questions about this.: On what grounds should I, as a customer, lose money if the store failed to fulfill its warranty obligations? Why wasn't I offered a cash refund if I didn't want to continue working with this store? How can we explain such an unprofessional attitude towards customers and violation of warranty conditions? I ask you to look into this situation and take measures to restore my rights as a consumer.

We bought a coffee machine for 2.5k + their advertised "Protection +" package for as much as 5 years. The manager in the store praised this option so much. As a result, it's a waste of money. We were told that for this service you can do SOMETHING, they will come to pick up the machine, clean everything there, see what needs to be lubricated, etc. etc. But in fact, in the 5th element, a master will come to you and do descaling, which is periodically required by the machine that you make. - YOU always do it yourself when the machine requires it. Another song was that if your car suddenly breaks down, it can be replaced with a new one, if the repair costs more than half the cost of the car, if it falls and breaks, it will also be replaced, it's a super option, you won't regret buying! That's what the store told us. I don't want to check it honestly, and we hope the machine will last a long time faithfully. But, my advice, don't buy them extra.a package in the form of PROTECTION+. By the way, this bag cost us 500 rubles.

Unfortunately, the couriers themselves did not check the device's performance with me and hurried me through the inspection. We could not expect that there would be scratches and signs of use under the sticker. That is, it can be assumed that the damage was either intentionally hidden, or improperly checked by the seller when sending the goods. Immediately after that, I contacted the store with a request to return or exchange the product, as it turned out to be of improper appearance. Unfortunately, the management did not meet me halfway, referring to the fact that I did not apply on the day of delivery. At the same time, when I clarified which article they were referring to, I was provided with information that, according to the legislation, the return of the proper type of goods is not possible (approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on 06/14/2002 No. 778.). However, in my case we are talking about an improper product, since I did not use a vacuum cleaner. Most stores have 3 days to check the product, and this is quite reasonable. I also found information that similar cases had occurred before with other customers of the 5element store. This makes me suspicious about the integrity of the company and its attitude towards customers. I consider it unacceptable to sell an item with obvious damage, passing it off as new and unused. Knowing that many people don't take off the stickers right away! Be careful when you buy goods from them!

I bought a TV in this store, faced with the unprofessionalism of the consultant. The seller helped me pick up the TV, as I said that I wanted to visit it immediately on the wall, immediately issued a master, while completely forgetting to say that the bracket is not included in the package and installation services. Accordingly, the master just came to watch my TV. Also, during operation, it turned out that the remote works for at most 5 minutes a day, 4 days have passed since the purchase, I call them at the service, explain the situation with the remote and get tremendous help for 40 minutes, which consists in turning on and off the TV and poking at the dead buttons of the remote. Since my resuscitation did not help him, we decided to send a master. We made an application, the next day they decided that I had nothing to do and resumed communicating with me via messenger. Then I already lost my temper and filed a complaint, deciding to return the TV to them, which is just a problem. The consultant apologized to me, i.e. the management is not responsible for what happens in their store. A pathetic position. PS I went to the store on the weekend, it took the consultant a minute to realize that the remote control was not working. Replaced with a slightly better used one. My foot will no longer be in element 5, I actively advise not to deal with them. The management is silent. Although a written review on the site is considered as an entry in the complaint book.

I purchased a huawei nova 12s phone in November 2024, but after a while the phone began to work poorly in 4g mode. This manifested itself in movement, the connection could disappear when moving around the city every 6-7 minutes and be restored within 2 minutes or completely until the phone was rebooted. I assumed that this was due to the phone switching between cell towers, I told the service department that I changed the SIM cards and inserted them into other phones, and this was not the case in other phones. I said all this when I handed over the phone. After 10 days, I receive a text message that the product is ready for delivery and that the defect has been confirmed. I pick up the goods and they tell me that no defects have been found, and it is impossible to refund money or goods. The phone was just reset to factory settings. Complete disappointment. I will never buy equipment here again, and I don't really advise you. It is better to contact a flea market and test it yourself before buying.

This store has gone really bad!The delivery was delayed for 3 days, without notification of the delay, it's not very nice! it is better to look for an alternative, and the consultants are not fully aware of the goods, one told me not to take this vacuum cleaner, it will break in half a year (why then trade them), and the second one has been working for me for 7 years)))))))

There are no questions about the store and the staff, the guys are working, well done. But why sell a product for which I can't buy a battery??? A year ago I bought a vertical vacuum cleaner karcher vc-7, the battery lasted for 1.5 years and it died. Everything is fine, but even in the service center and in general in the Republic of Belarus you will not find a battery anywhere, and if you find it, it costs half the cost of a vacuum cleaner. Tk karcher is under sanctions!!! It is better to buy another brand. I did not think that after buying this vacuum cleaner, now I will get an old and proven LG, because there are no batteries in RB. СюрприIiiz!!! The disappointment in the purchase is 100%.
