We bought headphones.
They didn't check it when they bought it, and when they turned it on at home, they found that the sound quality was disgusting (noises and muffling), they also didn't immediately show up on the devices.
They brought it the next day to exchange it by check - they refused, citing the fact that they work perfectly.
I do not recommend this store to anyone, it is easier to order already in online stores, at least there is an opportunity to return a disgusting product, and not see that you are being brazenly deceived in the service department.

We bought an Elari KP -F smartwatch for a child on December 19, 2021. According to the stated characteristics, the watch is waterproof.(the photo of the characteristic is attached).In July, my child and I were caught in heavy rain, she was wearing a watch.I don't hide it and after that day, the clock stopped working.That is, the screen stopped working.Since we have a watch under warranty.I took them to the fifth element in the city of Vitebsk, Beshenkovskoe highway 3 -1, Patio CJSC.Wrote a statement that would eliminate the flaw.They told me to wait 2 weeks.I came after 2 weeks and was refused to carry out repairs due to the detection of moisture (photo attached).

Never trust the consultants in the "5th element"!
I needed a washing machine, after studying all the offers and models on the Internet, I chose the LG brand and a certain model. I made an order for it. As soon as I came to deposit money and arrange delivery, the consultants began to actively dissuade me, saying that the model was very bad, roughly speaking, it would fall apart within 1-2 years, if I was lucky.
He refused to take it, because he took their word for it. On the same day in the evening, I decided to break through all the information about the machine, it turns out that it occupies a leading position in all the tops of washing machines, and there is an extremely large number of reviews from the owners about it. I also had a conversation with a washing machine repairman, this model was not caught in what the consultants told me... Not a single word about the defects that were so vehemently stated to me in the store. The persistence of the consultants was very alarming from the very beginning.
The HAIER washing machine was also very actively "paired", which is clearly inferior in terms of the build quality of the LG machine that I chose (again, according to the repairman) The next day, having decided to purchase the model that I planned, when I came to the Store, the cost of the washing machine was exactly 20% higher than the original one! Immediately the next day.
I would like to ask a question, why was it necessary to dissuade from a good purchase? Everyone will find the answer for themselves.
Always be careful when your point of view is actively imposed on you, and they try to specifically "sell" or dissuade you in favor of the worst model, for which the seller will surely receive a premium or be tied up for a percentage of sales for certain models.
In my case with the LG typewriter, I think that's exactly what happened.
In general, the store itself has always evoked positive emotions... but the employees were extremely disappointed.
