I took the second one, because I was completely satisfied with this model. As a result, the second one also broke down, being under warranty. I took it to the service for repair. The official dealer replied that this failure (the brush fell off from the pipe) is not a warranty case. But, since I initially took an additional extended warranty, the vacuum cleaner was taken back for repair, but at the expense of the "5th Element". And that's where the fun part comes in. Almost a month later, I received a text message saying that repairing my vacuum cleaner is not advisable. The store explained to me that no one would repair my vacuum cleaner and that, as it turned out, the additional extended warranty did not apply to mechanical damage. That's a twist, as they say. I was offered two options: 1. You pick up your broken vacuum cleaner and goodbye. 2. We will give you a coupon for the cost of your vacuum cleaner for the purchase of a new product in our store, which covers only 80% of the cost of a future purchase. The coupon cannot be cashed. So think now. Contact this office again or pick up a broken vacuum cleaner In general, if you decide to purchase goods from this organization, my advice to you is: Do not take an additional guarantee in any case. Divorce, as they say, is for suckers.

When asked for what reason repairs are not possible, they said that they do not have this information. Outright deception and divorce for money with this "Protection+" insurance!!! No repairs, no phone, no money!
