We bought an Atlant washing machine through an online store, brought it home, everything is normal, I started installing it after 3 days, I noticed that one pin was broken off on the power plug, which sticks into the socket. It was Sunday at 18.00, I called the service, they said to throw off a photo of the defect and tomorrow they will tell the answer what to do. But less than 30 minutes later, a call from the service said they would bring a new washing machine tomorrow, instead of a broken one. Less than a day has passed and we have a new serviceable washing machine. Everything is at the highest level. Thank you very much!!!

To date, I am disappointed in the staff of this store and service center. I was buying a TV and after 3 days a yellow spot appeared on the screen on a dark background. After talking with the staff, they took the TV away from me, took it to a service center in Minsk, but from there they received a response that everything was fine (the manufacturer answered them that way). Although I sent them my photos showing the defect, they told me that they would not be accepted for work. Then the TV arrived at the store, an employee calls me in the evening and says that it can be delivered to me tomorrow, I take a day off at work to receive it, I call them back in the morning, but in response I get that they cannot deliver it that day. Maybe in another one (the information changed overnight). No one answers the phone, and no one picks up the phone from 11:00 to 14:00. No one is dealing with the issue. I am very disappointed in the staff of this store. I do not recommend contacting here!!!
