Deceiving customers. Let's start with the fact that on 04/3/2025 I was looking on the Internet where I can URGENTLY buy an SSD for a laptop in Vitebsk. The 5 element website showed that the necessary storage device is available in stores and there was a check mark for pickup – today. The cost was 105 rubles. I started placing an order to pick up the product at the right store, it turned out that it would arrive only tomorrow, and I checked at all the store addresses in Vitebsk. It means they are being transported from another city. It's already a mismatch! I register further, taking into account my accumulated bonuses, it shows a discounted price of 78.75 rubles. I think, well, for the sake of such a discount, you can wait a day. To confirm the order, the 5th element deducts the bonus amount equal to the discount, i.e. 26.25rubles. My order arrives on 04.04.2025, and the price is announced to me – 105 rubles. To the question: "Where's the discount? Who was promised on the website in your personal account?" In the end, they announced to me the price of 94.5 rubles.(this is instead of 78.75). Not only was the price too high, but it also turns out that the bonuses were written off by 26, 25 rubles, and the discount was given by 10.5 rubles. Other than deceiving the buyer and misleading it can not be called.
