I called twice, and after the message about the recording of the conversation was reset. OK, I went there, they invited me to put the printer on and wait. I've set it up, and I'm waiting. Five minutes later, the master looked up from his work and informed them that they were not working on printers. I've wasted an hour of time. The organizational and informational work is poor. The guys ate.

The best ACC (Authorized Service Center) in Shymkent used to be located on the Grove. Now we've moved (near Victory Park). I always recommend it to my friends and strangers. Excellent service, friendly and courteous staff, excellent craftsmen. It's a pity that they don't have authorization for all brands (warranty repair)
