Instead of adequate help, the employee began to snort, raise his voice and assert that "this is not allowed." It was only after a long and unpleasant conversation that the same employee, very reluctantly, nevertheless reissued the order. When ordering the second product in installments, due to an error on the part of the store, the bonus program was triggered, although it is only valid for full payment - we know this very well, and this information is listed on the website. We ourselves drew the employees' attention to the error. In response, they began to rudely say that "this discount does not concern us," which was already obvious, instead of a normal reaction or gratitude for the attentiveness. The administrator also spoke rudely, opening the product without consent, despite the fact that I had informed in advance of my intention to check the originality by serial number. An incorrect serial number was entered in the warranty card, which is why I advise you to pay closer attention to what is being filled out for you. In other cities, the 5 Element chain shows an excellent level of service, but the store in Luninets was very disappointing. There is no desire to return.

When they chose, they already started coming up to us, asking who could help us with the registration, but they sent us to one or the other. In this store, if you don't take glossy glass as a plus for the product, then they won't help, that's what they told us. We left with nothing and will not return there anymore. Situation: we bought complex household appliances and after a couple of hours we wanted to return it, but we didn't need the product. The packaging was not opened, except that the workers took out the equipment passport. To which they received a refusal from the store manager, saying about some kind of resolution in a not very polite tone. After reading the resolution, it was not clear to me why I could not return the goods, since there is a note "in addition to the goods that have not been opened and the tightness of the packaging has not been violated." What was actually in our product, it was obvious that we hadn't even opened it. Instead of a polite dialogue on the part of the manager, there was demonstrative disregard and rudeness. I consulted with a lawyer and he explained clearly and calmly why I couldn't return the goods, and yes, she was right. But I didn't get a clear answer as to why this was impossible, except for rudeness. This is not how employees should behave, much less those in a senior position. I had a desire to return and write a complaint, but unfortunately I rarely visit the city and there is no desire to return to this store.
