At the same time, the employees of element 5 do not see anything wrong with this, especially the girl (customer service specialist) who is responsible for receiving/returning goods under warranty and who will also make you guilty of everything, because everything is fine with them. Customer orientation - 0. Service - 0. The warranty is conditional, I understand the breakdown is 1 time during the warranty period, not three. Negative reviews are deleted. In 2021, I bought a phone, a very good one, I accidentally got a marriage, the battery was running out quickly, although the malfunction was confirmed from the second diagnosis. But this is half the trouble, in March 2023 I took a laptop, gaming, good, Asus, signed that the best in the store. With a bag, a license key for Windows, and a 12-month factory warranty, it cost 4,600 BEL. Rubles'. As a result, how many times I came, with the problem of lagging, stupidities during work or games, they swore that I was making things up and sent, roughly speaking, the warranty has already burned out, I do not use it so often. Finally... He's lagging like he's 20 years old. This is a negative opinion, the score is -5 (minus five)!!! I wish the employees the same events!!!)))

For example, he offered to insure (and rightly so) the phone, because replacing the screen costs 800 rubles, but he did not say a word that this is included in the standard guaranteed service. He offered to put a film on for 54 rubles, but did not tell us that we could use this service for free at the service center. That's why I'm writing my thanks, I understand that this is a job. But how nice it is when it is performed in good faith! And I suggest that customers carefully monitor and read the information about what you are offered)

It turned out that this was a factory defect , because of it the milk did not churn , there should be a normal stainless steel piece of iron , the manufacturer saved on it . When contacting the store on this issue, it turned out that the warranty is valid for mechanical damage to the tablet for only 6 months, although the employee did not mention this feature when selling the warranty. DO NOT BUY THESE GUARANTEES IN ANY CASE!!!
