In general, I considered the store to be quite good. But one case ruined the assessment. I bought a Karcher vc7 vacuum cleaner. The consultant actively offered to buy the Protection+ program. He said that the program has been in effect for 2 years, in 2 years your battery will wear out a lot, there will not be enough vacuum cleaner to clean the apartment, and it will be possible to replace it as part of the program. I was a little surprised that the battery was included in the program, asked clarifying questions, to which I received affirmative answers and purchased an additional service. And then the moment came when the battery was very low, I went to the store and was told that this was not a warranty case. I contacted the store's support service, explained the situation, and thought that it could be resolved in favor of the customer (or commit to a service that an employee of element 5 sold by misleading the customer, or refund the money for the same service. But the store refused to cooperate. The sediment, of course, remained, it is unlikely that I will buy anything more there. Well, I recommend that you trust everyone when buying additional services, but check the consultants. Ask him to show in the documents the items he sells to you.

I want to indicate the communication of staff with clients, the staff simply does not know how to communicate, can contact you in an inappropriate way, 3 times a month I buy equipment in this store and all 3 times I came across consultants who do not know how to just communicate, the first time they bought a robot vacuum cleaner and, of course, clarified many details, but the consultant was unhappy this and the answers were like " you 've never had a robot vacuum cleaner , how can this be , how can you not know how to use it ", the second time we bought a refrigerator , and for an hour we were dissuaded from buying what we want , namely, we came for a refrigerator for 2k , and they tried to cram a refrigerator for 3.5 k , like , that installments of 70 and 170 rubles do not make much difference, please teach consultants how to communicate with people . And if they are representatives of a particular brand , this does not mean that you should speak ill of other brands . And reconsider the girls who are sitting on loans , dissatisfied faces and a look from high is not the most pleasant after all. The most disgusting store of this chain for service and customer orientation. It's not the first time we've visited, and employees ALWAYS stand in groups and communicate with each other. There is 0 attention paid to customers. Usually, in other 5 element stores, there is 1 employee in each department, who will always come up and unobtrusively offer help. It's the opposite here. We bought a laptop a year ago, looked for a free consultant for 20 minutes, they still redirect to each other. A year later, the pattern repeats. It's just terrible.

I came to pick him up, I stood for 20 minutes waiting for the queue to come (in front of me is 1 person who was not informed of something there)))))) I asked for a piece of paper, which was given to me when accepting the phone for repair, to finally give the phone back. I asked if it was repaired, they told me that no problems were found))))))) the person in the service, if anything, was looking for my phone among six of the same hot30i))))it seemed to everyone that the phone had a glitch and a problem)))))) especially when it's a worker and you're talking to customers. After I was given the phone, I stood for another 20 minutes because the person was talking on the phone and solving other issues. In general, I couldn't stand it because I was late and just left. There was no one to clarify what to do next. By the way, when I was still waiting with a piece of paper, I asked three consultants if they could give me the goods - they answered "no" with a sour face. But behind the cash register it was very cool to flirt with colleagues, take away a bottle of water from someone and giggle))))₽₽ such a thing. I am very glad that we did not pay for the extended warranty. They impose it very aggressively, even when they bought a TV, they offered it to us, we refused, and miraculously another person was sent to us for assembly)))) failed to earn a percentage. Change the system FROM employees, otherwise it is fatal.

This consultant did not know anything about the product, did not communicate at all, and what he said is unreliable information, as we learned later. It felt like the consultant didn't care 🤷🏻♀️
