I looked at the data on the site, it has been working for less than a year, although it is written on the same site that they have been on the market for more than 12 years. There is no office as such. In general, decide for yourself, but take into account the fact that after some time, you can apply for a warranty case and find only a real manufacturer's company, where no one will know about you and your case due to the circumstances!
