Very small room but breakfast is good 💯

We stopped by on April 02, 2025. The hotel is cozy, clean, the room is cool, the bathroom is good, soap, toothpaste, gel, shampoo, water in the room. Delicious breakfast!!!
Highly recommended.
And taxi drivers from the train station charge exorbitantly, do not agree to their prices, confidently keep your price according to Yandex. Taxi guided.

Upon arrival, we settled in quickly enough, three pairs-three rooms, two on the 1st floor, 1 on the 3rd floor. There is no sound insulation in the rooms on the 1st floor, at night you lie and listen to all the conversations between the staff and newcomers. The room is dirty, and the towels are worn and fringed with hanging threads. Breakfast. There are enough dishes, varied, but to taste so-so. There were not enough cups for coffee, and when asked to bring it, they brought out cups raw and dripping with water.
Booking a SPA. We booked 3 rooms for 4 hours. The SPA consists of small rooms with a hammam and sauna, a swimming pool and a relaxation area. There's dirt in the locker rooms and showers, razors, shampoo cans, underwear, and flip-flops left behind by other people. The water in the pool is clean. The hammam turned off, the staff was called, they couldn't set it up.
You can get water to drink at the reception, in bottles, in the 3rd floor corridor. Ironing board and iron.
We checked out of the rooms at 12:00, agreed that we would leave our suitcases at the hotel until 14:00, returned for our suitcases at the appointed time, remembered that we had left fruits (mango and passion fruit) in the refrigerator of the room, asked the staff, if they found it, to return, the guys who checked into our room after us and stood at the counter the receptionist said that they had not looked into the refrigerator, the receptionist called the cleaner who cleaned the room, she said that she was going to the room now, upon her return, it was reported that she had not found anything. Of course, it's our own fault for leaving, but it speaks to the honesty of the staff.
I want to express my gratitude to the student administrator who is studying to be a doctor for his help, he prompted, showed and escorted everything that was asked to the subway.

We stayed from October 9 to 12. The hotel opened 6 months ago. Very nice staff. The room is quite ascetic. There is everything you need. Clear. Comfortable mattresses, good linen and towels. Slippers. Drinking water daily without restrictions in the room and takeaway was taken at the exit. Nice neighborhood. In the evening you can walk. There is a good coffee shop with a menu nearby. Museum of Applied Arts and Metro.
The breakfasts are very modest. My friend and I found something to bite, but it seems to be more difficult for men. Or if you live longer.
In general, the hotel is excellent- considering the cost.
By the way, we arrived on a night flight and we were settled at 8-9 in the morning without extra charges, because the room was free and cleaned. But we have already paid for the extension before the night departure as a day

A wonderful hotel for the price/quality. Rooms for the same price can be larger and smaller. Clean, polite, neat. There are scales on the cake in each room. What is important with the abundance of cafes with delicious food in the vicinity :) The hotel has a spa included in the price. It has a large hall, a small swimming pool, a small sauna and a small hammam. After a whole day of excursions, it is quite possible to sit and relax.

The 5wood Hotel became a wonderful accompaniment to our wonderful trip to Tashkent. Very friendly guys at the reception, beautiful interior, and what a great smell at the entrance - I always pay attention to this! The Turkish-style patio immediately immersed you in the atmosphere of an oriental fairy tale. It was amazing how everything was harmoniously matched. The room is quite decent, very good bed linen, towels are changed every day, water is added. The only inconvenience is that there is no door in the shower, only one side partition, and also a weak water pressure at a popular time for taking a shower. The breakfast is normal, without frills, a lot of pastries, there are always desserts, eggs in different forms, one porridge. The location of the hotel is excellent, near Mustakillik Square, Magic City, we also quickly got to many important places by taxi. The street is pretty, there is a coffee shop nearby, a shop. Thank you very much to everyone who creates a cozy, clean, friendly atmosphere of this place. We already recommend the hotel to our friends.

A great little new hotel.You find yourself in a cozy courtyard behind a wrought-iron fence. In the courtyard there are two cozy spherical swing hammocks and a table under a canopy, the Windows of some rooms, by the way very beautiful, overlook the courtyard. Everything inside is very decent, modern, comfortable, and beautiful.Everyone at the reception is attentive, friendly, and ready to help around the clock. The rooms are clean, everything is decent and very comfortable. There are tea accessories, a refrigerator, etc.A swimming pool and sauna are included in the price.A wonderful breakfast.I definitely recommend this hotel.

The spruce hotel pulls 1.5 out of 5, there are a lot of cons, but there is one plus - it's the cleanliness of the rooms and bed linen and that's it.
Now about the cons:
1. The rooms do not correspond to those indicated, they are very small.
2. There was an electric kettle in the room, which is scary to pick up, the plaque on it is huge.
3. Bugs are crawling in the room, of course they could fly in with Uli, but it's still not pleasant to be in the same room with such residents.
4. The towel was damp with a sweet smell
5. Breakfast, if you can call it that, we left at 9, tomorrow before 10 and there was almost nothing except military eggs and sausage of incomprehensible quality ...
A broken coffee machine and even boiling water from the tank were taken, there is also a broken handle.
6. And most importantly, what this hotel boasts about is the spa complex - swimming pool and sauna (sauna) we were able to get there by appointment at almost one o'clock in the morning and were shocked by the dirty floor, table and rotten smell of water ...
In general, I do not advise....

We lived for a day. The rooms are on the 1st floor.These rooms are adjacent to the reception area. Get ready to listen to the guests who come in at night. Room 306 is tiny. There is 1 hour of the spa center for the room. Sauna and hammam are tired. The shower is probably cleaned on holidays. There were used shaving machines. The breakfasts are normal. It's not worth the money.

Room service was provided. The staff is not very responsive. The cleanliness of the room was not bad. But when visiting the sauna .everything is dirty in it . The lamp in the sauna did not work. The water is up to us. It was not cleaned. The breakfasts are very bad. The staff does not look after the kitchen at all. I have to go ask for a plate. That's to add water to the coffee machine. The pool water is very cold and cloudy. It has not been changed for a long time or the filter does not work . I do not recommend this hotel. We had a rest in October 2024.

I give 4 stars only for the price-quality ratio for one night, the rooms are empty, there is nowhere to put things, there are no shelves. Therefore, the audibility of the neighbors. No one cooks or cleans the spa by appointment. Well, it's very dirty and the pool water is cloudy and smells. The shower is dirty. There are no towels.The administrator forgets everything all the time, although he is responsive. I have to ask several times.The breakfast is average, mostly pastries. If you're lucky with the neighbors, you can stay one night.
