Rude and unprofessional behavior of your consultant. On 19.01.26, at about 18.00, when asked by a consultant to come to the checkout and calculate the buyer, since there was no one at the checkout, Instead of competent help and attentive attitude, the consultant allowed herself a condescending tone and a rude response ( Or can I advise now) and hung up on the consultation for about 15 minutes while the buyers were standing at the checkout . It wasn't just an employee's bad day–it was a deliberate, gross disregard for customers.
