Good afternoon! I made an order through an online store for three swimsuits. Because the table on the site is strange, it consists of two columns. I called the manager to clarify the size. In the end, they answered incorrectly and did not help with choosing the size. They're not my size. The DPDi delivery is a horror, the evening was ruined. I agreed on the time from 18.00 to 22.00, but it turned out that the courier's working day ends at 16.00. And he has the right to cancel my order if I am not at home at exactly 18.00. I called the manager with a question about what to do, as a result, I had to buy everything at work during working hours without fitting and then go and spend time returning the goods to the store.
