I don't know who writes positive reviews about the store, BUT! There are no complaints about the products, but the staff… 1 time we came in on New Year's eve, the seller talked on the phone or Skype , cursed, and even after prolonged eye contact, the woman continued to talk on the phone, we wanted to consult and buy a grater, we needed advice! We went in a second time a few days later, the grater was still needed, there was another woman, and you won't believe it ! She was also chatting on the phone until we apparently annoyed her with our presence. Thank you to her for deigning to advise us! And when they decided to buy another grater as a gift, they wasted their time, because the store DOES NOT WORK AS STATED! Horror, where do you get your sellers? No customer orientation! And not even the slightest respect! Or at least a hint of it ! The next time I go to the store, I will definitely leave an entry in the complaint book, which apparently will not affect anything.
