I really liked it, a small but pleasant atmospheric museum! Everything is beautifully decorated, we were glad to visit! 🙂 They said that there is nothing interesting in the vicinity of our hotel (Flamingo) - but there is, very much there!

The stone fort on the peninsula, from which the history of the emirate of Umm El Kai Vine began. It was founded in 1786 by Sheikh Rashid Al-Mualla, the founder of the dynasty of sheikhs ruling in Umm al–Quwain to the present day. A settlement sprang up around him.
In 2001, a museum was opened here. Its exposition includes various artifacts found on the territory of Umm al-Quwain. A colorful local fort and museum. The inspection is not more than half an hour. There are not many exhibits. About walking, it helps out with the presence of air-conditioned rooms.
