An interesting little museum on the way to Fujairah. They say the Emir of Umm al-Quwain lived here with his family back in the 90s. A small fortress, where memorabilia and artifacts of statehood from the time when the emirs still lived here are on display. There is a zindan, a well, a courtyard, a kitchen, and bedrooms. I wouldn't go on purpose, but why not stop by on the way?

It's a very interesting museum. It is especially important to visit the residents of this emirate. The fortress may be small, but there are several themed rooms inside. The rooms have air conditioning. The ticket is 5 dirhams per person. There is drinking water in small bottles in the lobby at the entrance. You get amazing photos at sunset!

An ancient English fort, clean, cozy, beautiful. I liked the exhibition-a collection of gold jewelry- (very solid), the sheikh's dwelling, a collection of objects for pearl collectors. All rooms are air-conditioned, which is very nice. On the way out, you can drink sweet tea with cardamom and try dates)) Everything is very nice)

I really liked it, a small but pleasant atmospheric museum! Everything is beautifully decorated, we were glad to visit! 🙂 They said that there is nothing interesting in the vicinity of our hotel (Flamingo) - but there is, very much there!

For 5 dirhams, a wonderful museum. We were alone in the morning. After the visit, we were treated to tea, coffee and dates.

The exposition is located in a small palace/fortress. The inspection is independent, no caretakers. The only drawbacks are the lack of plaques describing the exhibits. I liked everything else.

A colorful local fort and museum. The inspection is not more than half an hour. There are not many exhibits. About walking, it helps out with the presence of air-conditioned rooms.

The idea is interesting, but the work is slow, the 2nd floor and most importantly the towers are completely closed. But it's interesting for tourists. The price is generally low ) 5 dirhams

I liked this place as much as possible, at least you can make a movie here, well, it's just a fairy tale. I've never taken so many photos, the whole history of the Emirates in half an hour of viewing

The stone fort on the peninsula, from which the history of the emirate of Umm El Kai Vine began. It was founded in 1786 by Sheikh Rashid Al-Mualla, the founder of the dynasty of sheikhs ruling in Umm al–Quwain to the present day. A settlement sprang up around him. In 2001, a museum was opened here. Its exposition includes various artifacts found on the territory of Umm al-Quwain. You can also see traditional Arab dhow boats, an imitation of an oriental bazaar, samples of military equipment and many other exhibits. In general , he will immerse himself in the life of the Arab people . How and how it all started.

We relax at the Flamingo hotel, 10-15 minutes to the museum slowly. There were the only ones in it, small, interesting. Admission is 5 dihrams, a child of 5 years old was allowed free of charge. Check all the doors, some of them seem to be closed.
