A chain of pet stores in Dubai. From what we've seen, they have the best selection of dog products that can be ordered and bought without foreign cards and similar problems. There are pleasant discounts, we bought Rufwear ammunition from them (cooling blanket and XL-size harness) it came out only 280 dirhams (7t rubles, which is about 2-3 times cheaper than now in the Russian Federation)
