Very helpful staff. The bad thing is that there's almost no variety at meals...

A wonderful hotel!!! Friendly staff! Gorgeous rooms and furnishings! Everything is wonderful))) which is not often the case: the room is full of storage areas, a place to work and drink tea. The pool and spa are super!!!! The location is great! The food is varied and delicious. The contingent is very decent. We are very satisfied. We were in August, passing through, we thought for 4 days, but we extended it for 1, then for another 1 day, I didn't want to leave. And thank you so much for providing a room with a gorgeous view, even the hotel staff themselves offered it)))) we are sooooo satisfied!

The hotel is located in the center of the city's waterfront. Nearby is Flag Island, Butterfly Island and shopping malls. In the evening, there is a fountain show on the embankment and you can take a boat ride along the water channel. The hotel is very cozy, the rooms are spacious, we were not crowded. Everything you need is there. Room cleaning is carried out daily, soap accessories, tea/coffee and towels are changed. The food at the hotel is excellent. Fruits, vegetables, salads, pastries, fish, meat are served daily in different ways, the choice of dishes is large. For breakfast, tea, freshly brewed coffee, various dishes from porridges and soups to lasagna, omelets and pancakes are cooked in front of you with fervor from the heat. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna, it's just gorgeous, they give towels for sun beds. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the city beach and the local shopping mall. We really enjoyed it.

I really liked the hotel, I stayed with my girlfriend for 11 days in November 2025. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, the woman at the reception is friendly, knows a little Russian, special thanks to her for her attitude towards tourists, by 10 o'clock we were already settled in a room with a view of the lagoon, a very beautiful view from the window. We did not pay an additional fee for checking into this room. We arrived in the UAE for the first time and were very satisfied. Sharjah is a very beautiful emirate, Dubai is nearby. The room is clean, the room was cleaned every day. The breakfasts are normal, the dinners are varied, delicious, and there are various meat dishes. Special thanks to Olesya, who sells guided tours in this hotel, we took several, we really liked them and the prices were normal, Olesya explained everything to us, where to buy what, where to go for a walk, she told us very clearly about each tour. We don't know English, she helped us with the translation, we met other tourists there, and Olesya was also very pleased. We bought a lot of purchases thanks to Olesya's advice. And the sea is generally super, without waves, clean, you can even walk, 30 minutes. I recommend this hotel. Big greetings to all the staff of the hotel, many thanks to everyone, especially Olesya. We really want to come to this hotel for a vacation in 2026!

Good afternoon, everyone! We stayed at this hotel on December 02, 2025. I liked the hotel, it was big and beautiful, and our room had windows overlooking the bay and the embankment. Friendly staff, our every request was resolved quickly. A Russian-speaking girl, Madina, works at the hotel and helps with room check-in. The rooms are large and spacious. The cuisine is decent, very tasty, We had breakfast + dinner. The beach is cool, within walking distance, the sea is clean. The hotel bus took you to the sea at 10 a.m. and picked you up at 1 p.m. The beach is not far away, 25 minutes on foot, we often walked. There are many shops within walking distance. There is a beautiful girl Olesya working at the hotel near the reception (she sells Tours in the UAE), a Russian speaker who will always help with translation, with any request, you need to buy Tours from her (they are cheaper than the others)For which I thank her very much. Olesya helps with any question, request, will tell you about prices and goods , where and what to buy at low prices, for which I thank her very much. We took three Tours. Sightseeing tour of Dubai, boating. . A trip to Abu Dhabi and a luxury Tour (riding Jeeps and quadriceps through the desert (where the red sand is, a gorgeous sight and great photos. The rest turned out to be wonderful and unforgettable. We will definitely come back here. I recommend this hotel, you won't regret it.

Remnants of the luxury of the seasoned! Beautiful interior of the hall, chandelier at the entrance. Very good location, close to all the attractions. If you're lucky and the windows overlook the lagoon, you'll also get a great view. Perhaps that's all of the advantages. Now about the sad part. The rooms are dirty. My daughter has allergies, and I had to dust the furniture and bedside lamps on my own. The layer of dust was accumulated for more than one month. In addition to a finger-thick layer of dust, they also found sweets from previous guests, cookies, and even electronic cigarette chargers under the bed. Several times they left notes in English to the cleaners with money. The money was taken away, but the floor under the bed was not cleaned. The breakfasts are meager. We switched to omelets, which were prepared in our presence, and we had to stand in line. Nutrition and cleanliness are important to us. But if you are not so picky, you can stay at this hotel.

The room is cleaned daily. They are well fed, there is meat and fruit. Convenient schedule for independent trips to Dubai. Very convenient location, 20 min. walk to the beach (there is a shuttle to the beach and back in the morning), 20 min. walk to the bus to Dubai to the subway. There are interesting places nearby, there is a place to walk.

One of the advantages is that we checked in early in the morning and were given the opportunity to leave later at no extra charge. Comfortable bed and pillows. You can take coffee with you from breakfast and something else. The sound insulation is normal, except for the mosque. But the trouble with cleaning is the age-old dust in the corners and traces of the life of previous tenants, the staff probably does not know what a vacuum cleaner is. Heavy air in the room. The most unpleasant thing is that pigeons are drinking and washing in the pool, the whole grid around the perimeter is covered in droppings and feathers, you can not swim in such water.

I liked the hotel! They were in November 2024. We took breakfasts + dinners. There is a large selection of breakfasts, a smaller selection of dinners, but everything is insanely delicious. There is a bus from the hotel to the beach, it takes 5-7 minutes to drive. If you take a taxi 400-500 rubles one way . The beach is cool, there is fire for children in general, up to a depth of 300 meters) an umbrella on the beach is 30 dirhams, a sunbed is 10, on the 2nd day we bought an umbrella in marquite for 28 dirhams, almost everything with them is there, convenient and profitable. According to the hotel itself, it is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, cleaned every day, it's great! Among the shortcomings are very dirty windows from the outside, I understand everything is not so easy to maintain them ideally, since the hotel is all mirrored from the outside, and I would refresh at least the wallpaper in the rooms, it would already be fresher) but the pros in general of the hotel experience and of the general amenities are higher than the cons. We walked along the embankment with the children every evening, it's right across the street, it's very convenient, there are a lot of children every evening. And about going to eat, there are many cafes, shops nearby, a delicious pizzeria is not expensive from the hotel to the right, pizza is from 10 to 30 dirhars, and many local cafes where you can have a cheap snack.

Excellent hotel! Very hospitable staff, responsive, any wish is immediately fulfilled. They don't charge a tourist tax (this is the first time I've met with such a person). Cleaning and change of linen and towels every day. Shower kits were put up every day. The rooms are large, there is a seating area (armchairs and a sofa, a table). A rich buffet: amazing restaurant-level pastries, natural juices, porridges, meat of several types, fish, lots of fruits, and I can't list everything. The hotel is located opposite the lagoon and the beautiful promenade. On the ground floor, near the reception, there is a beautiful girl Olesya (who sells Tours in the UAE), a Russian speaker who will always help with translation, for which I thank her very much. The rest turned out to be wonderful. Let's come back here again.

The location is not bad, the hotel as a whole is not bad, the lobby is nice, the furniture is dirty, the cleaning is poor, the food is varied, we were not hungry, 2 swimming pools, I was very pleased that it was not crowded, the transfer to the beach was only in the morning, I would like to do it after lunch, because you don't go on excursions every day. There are good sun beds on the beach, almost all cracked, they give out for 10 dirhams, an umbrella for 30! I would also like to note that the sockets there are European, I read before departure, I didn't find any information about it anywhere, you can take an adapter to the reception, you can buy it, we took a surge protector with us, it helped us out! I recommend it to everyone! There are channels in Russian. Our windows faced the mosque, they offered us a view of the bay for 50 dirhams per day, we refused, prayer didn't bother us much, on the contrary, it was fascinating to watch the faithful rush to the prayer service! We spent a lot on taxis traveling to Dubai, an average of 50 dirhams one way, to the nearest metro station. We went to Dubai at night, we really liked it, we were at the Palm Jumeirah observation deck, it's expensive, but it's worth watching the sunset! There is no Russian-speaking staff, no knowledge of English, it's hard, we took a tourist's SIM card, 5,000 rubles for 7 days, unlimited Internet helped us out. There are many supermarkets, pharmacies and cafes nearby. There are no alcohol markets in Sharjah, please in the neighboring Emirate. Many thanks to Olesya, the tours were taken from her, not from the guide. She told me everything, prompted and advised. It was our first time in the Emirates, and we were very pleased with the trip! After all, it all depends on what you are going there for, for comfort or for impressions!

The hotel is very tired. The location is good, the elevators are fast, but that's probably it. It was very cold in the rooms on the north side, and there was no heating in all the air conditioners. We just froze, I covered 2 blankets. The next day I went to sort it out, but apart from replacing the room, they didn't do anything, although they just asked for an electric heater. And the most important disadvantage is the lack of an opportunity to check the rooms, the windows are blind everywhere, even in the corridors and there is no supply and exhaust ventilation system. It's just awful. The rooms have the smell of 20 years of different people's presence, can you imagine what a smell! I hope the owners of the hotel will read and carry out the necessary activities. The bathrooms are small and old. Not all plumbing is working. The pool is not heated, so it is impossible to swim in January. The sauna is very small and old. Three-course breakfasts. I do not recommend this hotel. The 3-star Novotel is even better.

We had a vacation with my husband on February 19th . We really liked this hotel, the location of the hotel is very good, namely in the middle of the city, overlooking the Lagoon! The room was clean, cleaned every day, towels , gels , shampoo, soap were changed every day. The room has an ironing board, iron, electric kettle, TV, large wardrobe and bedside tables. They brought water every day, coffee, tea, sugar . The food is delicious in this hotel, and every day there are different meats, fish, seafood pasta, delicious cakes, and a variety of fruits (bananas, apples, oranges, melons, watermelons, and pineapples) . The hotels have good-natured and helpful staff. A blanket and towel are provided to the beach , and a 5-minute bus takes you to the beach . The hotels have a gym, sauna and three swimming pools. If you asked me if we would like to come to this hotel again, the answer is definitely yes!!!! 5 stars justified !!!

The hotel isn't bad, but it's a little old. The smell of dampness is present. The breakfasts are good, there is a choice. There are buses to the beach, but there are a lot of people who want to, they can't fit everything, we took a taxi to the beach a couple of times. We bought excursions to hotels from Olesya, we really liked the attitude, she can also tell us where to change money and where there are good supermarkets, as well as souvenirs. The location of the hotel is excellent, we walked a lot.

The hotel is urban, there is no territory, it is not new, the rooms are in a classic style, a little shabby, they do not give adapters to sockets. At breakfast at rush hour, there is a queue for the coffee machine. This is where the cons end and there are many more advantages: - The location on the embankment is very beautiful in the evening, near fountains, a walking area; - Luxurious lobby, friendly and helpful staff; - Comfortable large bed, constantly replenished hygiene products (shampoo, body cream, etc.); - Good breakfasts - fresh, high-quality products, fried pancakes, omelets, there is a selection of greens and vegetables, cheeses, fruits, olives, several types of hot dishes and some kind of porridge; - It takes 10 minutes to go to the beach, the bus carries, there was enough space for everyone; - and a bonus)):In the lobby, a friendly Russian girl sells excursions and gives good advice about the hotel and the surrounding area. Within walking distance there is a bus stop to the Dubai metro, food shops, everything can be found on maps, 2Gis . In its price range, it is an excellent option.

The hotel is 5 stars, the interior is very luxurious, impressive. However, the tub was not cleaned. TV. It's big, but there's no smart TV. The pool was cold, just icy, so we only swam in the sea. From the hotel to the nice city beach of Al Khan Beach. Free transfer. The view was to the courtyard. There's a construction site and nothing to see. Except for the mosque. It was Ramadan. Singing was heard from the mosque periodically, loudly. But it didn't bother. The view from the rooms on the other side of the hotel is very beautiful. Palm Bay is a modern city, a Ferris wheel, mosques. The view is just great. The same view from the restaurant on the second floor. However, the windows are very dirty from the outside. The restaurant is excellent, buffet style. The staff is helpful. Requests were executed promptly. The location is just great. The landscapes of both the bay and the urban area are impressive. Nearby there are river channels where you can go boating. There are many cafes and supermarkets nearby. the prices are reasonable.

The hotel is nice, but very tired. It was a former Hilton, but it doesn't seem to have been invested in it since then. They simply do not wash glass facades. Because of this, the view from the rooms deteriorates and the hotel itself does not look good from the outside. The staff is friendly. The food is without frills, but you won't stay hungry. They take a bus to the beach, there's an eternal crush to get on it. What's on the beach, what's back. They make two or three flights. If you don't want to wait - taxi 15 dirhams))) The biggest plus of this hotel is its location. There is a place to go for a walk in the evening, there are many interesting places within walking distance.

I liked that there are two pools that are located on different sides, and you can swim when there is no sun, or vice versa, choose when there is sun. The food was so-so, I won't say that it was delicious, especially the choice of drinks suffered. They gave me breakfast at the airport Overall, the attitude is good. But I wouldn't stay here next time.

An unforgettable trip! The hotel is hospitable. From the very beginning, the administrator offered different room options. We chose what suited us. The room is clean, cleaned every day. Delicious tea was served in the room. Good breakfasts, a large selection. The bus took people to the beach and back every morning. Olesya, the travel agent, is sitting near the reception desk. She told us all about the tours and helped us buy them. If you address it only to her. It is very good that there is such a person at the hotel. And even on any issue, we always turned to her.

I liked the hotel. We had a vacation in January 2025. There are pros and cons (keep in mind that this is essentially the cheapest five, which costs like some threes in Sharjah). Positive: 1. Breakfast items. There are porridges, eggs in any form, beef fried in thin slices, all kinds of sausages, side dishes (rice, noodles, potatoes, legumes), lettuce leaves, vegetables, pastries, fruits are very tasty (especially melon), pineapple, watermelon, bananas and apples may run out by the end.. in general, a lot of things. By the end, it's clear that something is already boring, but there is enough variety for a week. 2. The staff is friendly. They try to help without any extra money, etc. The attitude from all sides is good. 3. Location is also ok. This is a city hotel, so it doesn't have a territory. The sea is 4 km away, the local water park is 4 km away (there is also an amusement park there), and taxi rides will cost about 15 dirhams (400 rubles) one way. 4. In general, the hotel is already a bit old, but it still feels like it's not economy. Solid wood furniture, it's in perfect order. The elevators are excellent, expensive and fast. The rooms are spacious. A bed (sleeping place per eye or 180*200 or 200*200). On the downside, I'll describe what I didn't like about the hotel. 5. The beach is generally not bad. I haven't been to other beaches in the Emirates, this one is quite suitable. Sandy, sloping entrance. The water in January felt like 23-24 degrees. There are calmer seas, and there are waves. Most of the time, they managed to go up to their waists and refresh themselves a little (nevertheless, the waves were more frequent and the lifeguard whistled so as not to go too far). Minuses: 1. The bus takes you to the sea at 10:00 and back at 13:00. In my opinion, it's not a very convenient time option. In general, if you are on the beach in January before 11 and after 3, in fact, you can sunbathe without any creams in January, most will not burn. Therefore, as for me, it is better to arrive at the beach early (let's say at 8:30 and leave at 11:30). But then it's by taxi. 2. Although the room is generally normal, something has been in need of renovation for a long time. For example, the bathtub is dead (with a decent yellow coating, it seems to me they are not even trying to whiten it, in short, they only wash in it in flip-flops under the shower, the bathtub is fast). The interplate seams are also all yellow and look brighter. The stream under the shower is weak, but you can wash yourself. The furniture is normal, but (!) after arrival, all the things from the closet will stink of the basement (it doesn't really feel there, I didn't feel it, but upon arrival home, everything stank, even what I didn't wear). And the third thing is the windows. It is obviously expensive for the hotel to wash them (it is necessary to call the high-rise workers, since the windows do not open, they are washed from the outside). In general, I had a view of the lagoon, but the view was overshadowed by unwashed glass, which needed to be washed from the outside. 3. Bassiki without heating. In fact, I was fine when I was already jumping in and blurring, but no one else was swimming there besides me. Since the sun moves quickly to the other side, in January, in fact, there is one basik out of two under the sun. The children's mini basik is also cold (and it is almost always in the shade). The water in the basiki is definitely colder than at sea, it doesn't matter in the morning or in the evening, it feels like 20-21 degrees. There is a sauna, it works. I went to the men's shower room (logically, there should also be a sauna in the women's room, but I didn't check). No one has been in the sauna, and in fact, you can take the children with you (no matter which part). The employee sometimes asked me about the child (like the other gender), but I said that firstly, you can't leave the child alone, secondly, there's no one in the sauna anyway, and thirdly, everyone is still in swimming trunks and swimsuits even if they come. And he was saying OK. In general, this division into male / female occurs in the Emirates. As a summary: the hotel is suitable if you are willing to put up with the described disadvantages. You can have dinner if you want so close to the hotel (go counterclockwise along the lagoon, to the fountains, about 1-1.5 km, there will be many cafes. See where a lot of locals are sitting, and go there). We ate too much for 60-80 dirhams at dinners in local cafes (that is, about two thousand for two). After a hearty breakfast, I didn't want to have lunch for a long time and most often made do with yoghurts or so on.

At first, I was very upset that we were a little off the sea, but every evening walking along the embankment, we said "class" and thank God that we were not there in the wilderness There is a beautiful Olesya sitting in the lobby of the first floor, gentlemen Belarusians-she helps a lot just like that, from the bottom of her heart, but at the same time the gentlemen from the agencies do not like her and offend her-I think she is the best. She always helped with any question, and of course we took excursions from her! We took breakfasts and dinners and we had enough. The food is without frills, a little bit insular, but we never stayed hungry In general, a good hotel, not 5 rooms, but very good If you are going, please contact Olesya. I hope she reads this and smiles-thank you, Olesya, for everything!!!!

We had a rest from April 14 to April 21, 2025, everything was very pleasant. We took breakfast and dinner, everything was delicious and plentiful, there is a shuttle service to the sea from 9:30 to 12:30, we also took a taxi for about 15 dirhams, a 30-40-minute walk, there is a lagoon near the hotel where you can walk in the evening. I also want to express my deep gratitude to Olesya, she sells guided tours on the ground floor. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the very center of Sharjah, in the evening it is very beautiful, but in the late afternoon Arabs come out with families and have picnics, with kettles, pots and a huge number of children. It is a long walk to the beach, there is a transfer from the hotel at 10:00 to the beach, at 13:00 to the hotel or by taxi in one direction 13.50 dirhams. To catch a taxi from the curb. The beach is ordinary, the sand, the water is super. Sun beds 10 dirhams, umbrella 30 dirhams. There is a construction site behind the beach, the view is certainly not very good. The staff speaks broken English, they do not always understand what is wanted from them. The room is large, cleaned every day, towels and bed linen are changed. Tea, coffee, water, cream, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel complement every day. There is no toothpaste or brushes. The food is varied, you will not stay hungry, but breakfast for us was not delicious, only soy and national bean dishes, dinner was normal, there was chicken, fish, pasta, mashed potatoes. The hotel guide Olesya is wonderful, she will offer you excursions for every taste and budget. The hotel is beautiful, but you need to wash the windows and clean the garbage behind the hotel. In general, more than 4 stars, and then with a stretch, I would not give it. I forgot, there is not enough light in the room, there is a floor lamp and lamps on the bedside tables. There are no Russian TV programs.

The rooms were large, but tired, and the carpet in the entire room was dirty. The bidet is dirty too. Windows are nothing to say - they are disgusting. Pools are cooled from the heat, they are perfectly cleaned. Well, the breakfasts are very monotonous, on the 7th day we were already sick of them. There is a catastrophic lack of light in the room, there is only 1 floor lamp and 2 lamps by the bed, the main ceiling lamp is missing. The shower works anyway, there is no watering can - only ala tropical.

The hotel's location, staff, and food are at a good level. But, the rooms in the hotel are very "shabby", especially the bathrooms. There's mold on the bathroom walls... If they give you a room with a view of the lagoon, you can close your eyes to the shoals...))

Minuses: 1. The hotel is really old, from the rust on the bathroom mirror to the stains on the wallpaper, from the damaged chair to the crooked lamp, because it is missing one leg. But if you are not too picky a tourist, then you will have a great time there. 2. The smell in the room - it feels like the rooms have been smoky for a long time. They spray it with hotel perfumes, but it doesn't really help. The windows don't open, as they do everywhere in the UAE, and the air conditioner takes air from the room itself and just drives it around in circles. You can only ventilate by opening the door to the corridor, if, of course, there is fresh air there :) Things will have to be completely cleaned after the hotel, but you can quickly get used to it on the spot. After an hour, we didn't pay much attention to it anymore. 3. Cleaning is not very good. Upon arrival, they asked to vacuum the carpet in the room, as the carpet was very dirty, and in the first minute there were 2 needles, hair, threads, and small debris on it. You can't walk around with your shoes off, and I don't recommend it. They vacuumed quickly, but apparently they didn't come in with a vacuum cleaner all 10 days of our arrival. They give you slippers (some, but you can ask for a second one), there are no bathrobes. 4. Dirty windows on the outside, and there's nothing you can do about it. They probably wash it several times a year, since the hotel is high-rise. They got used to it quickly and hardly noticed. 5. Ice pools. Both. Temperature of Lake Baikal. We dived once and saw a couple of times that the children were splashing, but it was really very cold. 6. A small drawback with drying any underwear: swimsuits barely dry, since there are no batteries or a balcony, they were placed on the windowsill, where there is more sun. There's a dryer right in the bathroom, but there's a lot of humidity. The rest of the things were dried on a laid-out ironing board (it is in the closet), since the room's space allows you to live freely with it. Positive: 1. Spacious and awesome room (we had a view of the Khalid Lagoon, 611) with stunning views. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows. Impressive both day and night. Fountains are visible, it's a pleasure to wake up with such a view. There is more than enough room for two people. The sofa was a separate kind of thrill - to relax in the evenings and look at the city. A very large and roomy wardrobe, lots of cabinets and bedside tables, large and small. You will definitely find a place where to place all your belongings, including suitcases. Large, comfortable bed, sleeps well. There is a kettle in the room, a tea and coffee set, water (and we bought our own in 5-liter eggplants additionally), cups. 2. The location is amazing. A taxi is caught in 10 seconds immediately at the entrance to the hotel. The embankment is across the street, the atmosphere is very conducive to walking and romance. There are also grocery stores, pharmacies, currency exchanges, cafes, restaurants and everything you need. We walked to the beach by 3 different roads (there are better ones, there are worse ones), and we took a taxi and a free bus. The bus goes there at 10, but the queue starts to gather in 20 minutes. They take everyone in turn until everyone is picked up, it's usually 3 buses. Back from the beach - at 13 o'clock, the same thing, they pick up everyone, and the queue is ready for 20 minutes. Beach towels are provided by the pool on the 2nd floor (via elevator), in fact - on the third. 3. They take you to Alkhan beach. We liked the beach. If you go to the very end, where there are changing rooms and toilets, there are 3 times fewer people there and it is much quieter. There is everything you need: decent showers, changing rooms, toilets. Rescuers are constantly on the lookout. The sea is beautiful (February 10-21), the water is warm (I'm still that cold). The sun is very active and treacherous. It seems that you are sitting, warming yourself, nothing bakes, in the evening the result of sunburn begins to appear, turning into burning. Be careful. 4. The food at the hotel is a separate song. Just a solid five. If, of course, you come for breakfast or dinner (we had breakfast +dinner) at the end, then you may find that something is no longer there. If you don't stay too long, there will be a complete set. Again, if something is over, go to the waiter and ask for it. They are constantly preparing and delivering all this, but sometimes you will have to wait until it is ready. The breakfasts are great: lots of different delicious and juicy greens (arugula, iceberg, sprouted greens, various kinds of salad leaves), snacks (hummus, etc.), cheeses of various types, from maasdam to cream cheese, by the way, everything is delicious; both chicken and beef sausages, fried bacon (not pork, but very tasty), boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, plus scrambled eggs of various kinds prepared by your cook; tomatoes, cucumbers, various pickles, stewed vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini; meat dishes: chicken, beef or lamb, olives, olives, apples, bananas, awesome melons, watermelons, pineapples, oatmeal, various fruits from cans (peaches, pineapples, etc.), yogurt, fried rice or with vegetables, beans, 2 types of soups, chicken sausages (not very), various additives (jams, honey, nutella, lemons, dried fruits, nuts, etc.), local fried pies, pancakes (a chef prepares on-site for you upon request), various types of bread, croissants, butter, local dishes such as shakshuka and whose names I do not know, sweet pastries: very tasty croissants, snails, muffins, buns. Tea, coffee, milk, juices, detox water. And it's just breakfast :) The menu is updated every day, but the main dishes are almost the same. They can cook meat dishes in a different way, add salads, such as Greek or caesar, add cakes or pastries. There is less choice for dinner, but awesome desserts are added: panakota, various cakes and pastries (red velvet, black forest and others), good meat dishes, usually from 3 types of meat - chicken, beef and lamb or lamb; fish is very tasty in batter every dinner; pasta (bolognese or alfredo), baked potatoes . The soups are delicious vegetable soups - I tried tomato and pea soups. In general, the food is just a separate compliment. My stomach quickly adjusted to the fact that it took three plates per person for dinner, they didn't get poisoned, there were no disorders, only they went to the toilet more often :) Of course, you can never arrange such a belly feast at home, there is a huge variety. 5. The staff was all friendly in my biased opinion (I work in the field of quality control of service). Everyone helped as much as they could, smiled, and greeted, from the janitor to the concierge. Many issues were successfully resolved with the staff: the adapter to the outlet was brought at the first request, the safe was set up (an adjuster was sent) immediately. Cleaning is done instantly. I took my things to the laundry - it's expensive at the hotel, and concierge immediately offered to take them to the neighboring laundry. For 2 large items, I first named 20 dirhams, we haggled for 10. I gave it to the laundry myself, and the next day I took clean, ironed clothes from the concierge on hangers and in a protective bag. All issues were resolved quickly and kindly. We arrived at 11 a.m. from the airport, and check-in started at 3 p.m. They checked into the room right away without any extra charges and without a single request. We left at 4 p.m. instead of 12 p.m., and we asked for an extension ourselves - we paid 100 dirhams for the extension. Cleaners make up the bed every day, remove all visible debris, replace cream, tea, coffee, put water (who has 3 bottles, and who has all 5, and if desired, you can take more by "catching" the cleaner in the hallway), replace towels, put shampoo, shower gel, body balm, hair balm, toilet paper, they ask if they need anything else. They asked the scales to weigh the suitcase before leaving - they brought the floor scales. There was no tip, the ratio was 5 plus. 6. We didn't take excursions, as we traveled a lot on our own, but a Russian girl Olesya is sitting in the lobby, she has good prices for excursions, who cares. We traveled by bus, ferry (in Sharjah), metro, tram, monorail, and abrah (in Dubai). There is a Sharjah aquarium not far from Alkhan (beach), a scheduled ferry departs from it, and you can get to Dubai. We used 2 GIS during our trips (you can download a map of Sharjah in advance). There are 2 stops within a 20-minute walk of the hotel: Al Wahda rd and Al Qasba 2. From them, they boarded a bus to the Dubai metro, having previously purchased a silver NOL card (you can buy it in Sharjah, for example, at the Sharjah Al Jubail Bus station on the other side of Khalid Lagoon, where it can be immediately replenished). The subway was sorted out quickly. There is a crush in the evenings, but you don't have to get into it, wait for the next train (they run very often), usually an empty extra train is allowed during rush hour. There are many places to get to by metro, especially if you are not afraid to walk or take a bus later. In Dubai, it is also cheap and convenient to take a tram ride from Dubai Marina (only 3 dirhams travel), to Palm Jumeirah we went by monorail (there is a round trip ticket, that is, to go there - to take a walk - back on the same day, 30 dirhams), having reached the monorail station by tram. I really liked the boats: there is a boat station almost immediately at the exit from the subway from Sgeyek metro station (green line), from there there are open and closed maneuvers according to the schedule. The fare is only 2 dirhams. They walk to Festival City and to Creek Harbour, which has a beautiful promenade, I recommend you to take a walk. A taxi from Dubai is not cheap, but it was also taken, you can calculate the cost as follows: you will be charged 5 dirhams for boarding, 20 dirhams for crossing the borders of the emirates, another 5 for disembarking and the rest is 2 dirhams per kilometer. It is cheaper to travel around Sharjah, and they charge 3 dirhams for boarding and disembarking. If it is in Sharjah, and not in Dubai, that you need a good shopping center with European brands and a good set of shops that we are familiar with, then you can go to the City Center Al Zahia. There are no people there at all (unlike the crazy Dubai Mall), you can shop around quietly, a pleasant place. Keep in mind, it seems they have prayer time from one to two, the shopping center will be open, you can stay in it, but all the shops and food court will be closed. You can have a picnic at the hotel (despite the formal ban, locals drag their carpets (!) from home and drink tea, coffee and nibble sunflower seeds in the evenings, play with children). A very cozy atmosphere, I must say. You can feed the seagulls, of which there are many, sit on a blanket on the grass or on a bench (whichever you like), walk around the three islands on the Khalid Lagoon (an island with a butterfly house (paid), an island with a concert hall and an island with a water park (paid)). We are thrilled with the trip, although this is not the first time in the Emirates, and we remember the hotel with warmth and pleasure, I recommend it.

Plus only the location. The hotel itself is tired, I don't know who gave them 5 stars or why. We were on New Year's Eve. A New Year's Eve dinner for 11 thousand was added to the price of the tour, which could not be refused. As a result, there was a buffet, and those who arrived before everyone else managed to get themselves some delicious food. The others ate what was left. Among the entertainment programs, there were two contests "who will bring the first man's shoe and who will bring the first woman's bag" and 4 repeated Russian songs. We were promised a Russian-speaking staff, but there was none. We paid for a room with a view of the lagoon, we were accommodated with a view of the construction site. I had to figure it out. The room is cold, damp, the windows do not open, there is no way to check. The furniture is old, the plumbing is too.One towel per person, which is not enough for a 5🌟 hotel. There were humidifiers all over the hotel, and sometimes the smell made my head hurt. So they interrupted the smell of dampness. Food for 3. There's a queue at the canteen every morning because there weren't enough tables. Then I had to wait a long time for either coffee mugs, coffee, or dishes. Nothing was replenished for a very long time. The food was the same for 6 days. A day later, the room keys stopped working and I had to go to the reception to re-program them. There was only one transfer to the beach, there weren't enough places for everyone, and he had to make two trips. They took me to the beach at 10, picked me up at one o'clock. In general, the hotel is like in Turkey 2🌟

It's not a bad hotel, but it doesn't look like 5 stars. Breakfasts are meager, the bus takes you once a day to al Khan beach at 10.00 there, back at 13.00. There are rooms for smokers. The rooms are tired. There's a mosque across the street, so the sounds are always in the room. There are two pools, which can be called infinity on the bay. There are many small shops and cafes with shawarma and grilled chicken nearby. The main advantage is the location.

The hotel is in a good location. The staff is very attentive, all issues are resolved very quickly. The only thing I didn't like was that the windows wouldn't open and the glass was dirty. The pools are very good, the food is the same, everything is very tasty. There's no variety, but it's delicious!

It was great once, but the years are doing their job. The food is almost like everywhere else in hotels of this class. The hotel is not located in a very good location for recreation, it is more suitable for business trips. The staff is very friendly.

It's a terrible hotel, I don't understand why it has 5 stars. the staff is polite, but sometimes they don't understand, you need to repeat the call 2-3 times, the rooms are terribly dirty, the photos below the curtains are not ironed and everything is stained, there are also problems with the sockets, you need to ask the reception unit. There is a terrible smell of dampness on the floors, because of this there is a very intense smell of terrible heavy aromas, I added more photos of ceilings where mold is

Of the advantages: - It's a very beautiful lobby, I would even say gorgeous. An incredible staircase. - The breakfasts are good, but they are basically the same in all UAE hotels. These are scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausages, muesli, various fruits, pastries, etc. They are monotonous, but I don't like variety at home for breakfast either) Children will also find something to eat. - The dinners were also generally good, there are plenty to choose from. You won't stay hungry. The restaurant in the hotel is small, there were few visitors for dinner, and sometimes they waited for breakfast until the tables were empty. - A very friendly pool worker, unfortunately, I don't remember the name anymore, he's just wonderful!! The hotel is located next to the lagoon, where you can go boating, as well as watch a fountain show. There is a small park nearby. There are many shops nearby. Of the cons: - The mosque is nearby! Very close. And from our window, the neighboring mosque is visible) And this is at 5 a.m. and at 6 a.m. you will wake up to a mullah. Either take a view of the lagoon with an additional fee, or choose another hotel. 😬 - The rooms have one huge bed or 2 small ones. If there are more than one child, then they have nowhere to sleep. The sofa in the room does not fold out. Another bed for 1 child is brought on request. Other children will sleep with their parents. 🫤 - The room stock is tired, this is not the level of a 5-star hotel. The carpet is old, it cannot be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner alone. The bathrooms are in need of renovation too. - There was nothing special for the children to choose for dinner, the dishes had specific seasonings. We ate rice and fruits:) - The pool is not heated!! That's probably the main disadvantage for me. They said the heater was broken. But I don't think there was one. We were in December (and in December the water is already cool), the pool is icy. There are two of them, one in the sun, it is even more or less tolerable, the second is in the shade, it is very cold there. The hotel is not on the first line, there is a bus service to the sea every day. The hotel does not have its own walking area. In general, everything :) I give it 4 stars.

I close my eyes to all the small disadvantages (the increased number of rooms and the slightly present smell of cigarettes) my soul was resting in this place. The perfect location. It's just that the previous trips were to Dubai and by the end of the vacation I always wanted to go home, right there, the exact opposite, we were sad to leave with the child, we will definitely come back again

I stayed at this hotel from 25.02 to 05.03. The hotel is located in the center of Sharjah, next to a beautiful lagoon, a great place for evening walks. There are many shops, a pizzeria, a fish restaurant and other places within walking distance where you can always find food for every taste. I had breakfast included. Breakfast is standard: omelette, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, salads, cheeses, sausages, pancakes, waffles and other pastries. Fruits are always melon, pineapple, watermelon, bananas, oranges. Coffee from the coffee machine. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the lagoon. The room is large, the bed is comfortable. There is a safe, a hairdryer and everything you need. Cleaning, of course, makes you do better. The furniture in the room is tired, but everything works. The staff is friendly. A wonderful girl Olga is sitting on the ground floor at the entrance. I took all the excursions from her and recommend them to everyone. She is very responsive and always ready to help, she will tell you where everything is, just a lifesaver for tourists!!! Summary: the vacation was a success, I'm happy. In general, I recommend the hotel, the price corresponds to the quality, it must be understood.

Good location, excellent breakfasts, transfer to the beach. Check-in on arrival (in the morning) took off the star for the cold pool. I think that the pool in the top five should be heated. Overall, everything is fine.

We stayed at this hotel in October 2023. I liked the hotel. The location is good - on the shore of the bay, near a beautiful promenade, in the evening nearby singing fountains. There is a place to walk in the evening. The restaurant at the hotel is small, the choice of dishes leaves much to be desired, but you will not stay hungry. Of the minuses, there are no Russian-speaking administrators, they take a minibus to the city beach, which is constantly packed, one of the two pools worked. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

A wonderful hotel! Large rooms, friendly staff, great views from the rooms, infrastructure nearby. Two pools on the roof of the second floor. There is a bus to the beach. You can ask for an adapter for sockets. I recommend Olga, who is sitting at the entrance, will offer excursions, tell you where you can go. Among the disadvantages: there are no public transport stops nearby.

We have just returned from this hotel. I liked everything very much, the location, the food, the room, everything is super! The bus went to the beach, towels were given out, the room was cleaned daily. Special thanks to Olga, the tour agent, who helped with all questions, took us to the fish market and trains for free! We also took excursions to Dubai and Abu Dhabi from her, cheaper by 30% than from our tour operator. The hotel staff does not understand Russian, they solved all the issues with Olga and just communicated well. Thank you for a pleasant stay! We'll be back!

It is not a bad option for not expensive. Close to the airport, as well as to Dubai. The price in shopping malls is cheaper than in Dubai. The beach is nearby, the transfer is very convenient. There is a place to walk. I recommend.

The hotel is beautiful, but old. The location is five plus! There is a place to walk in the evening. Nearby is Al-Majaz Park with dancing fountains. The staff is English-speaking. The food is delicious! Two pools on the 2nd floor - overlooking the lagoon and overlooking the mosque. A sauna was announced, but it did not work. The reception staff is completely non-customer-oriented. The shower button didn't work well, she said so and there was zero reaction. Strange. It is better to approach the counter, near the elevator, the guys there are very good, they immediately solve issues. The overall impression is good.
