The location is very convenient: near all the parks of Yas Island (Ferrari Park, Varner Brothers Park, water park, aquarium, sports arena. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, everything corresponds to the status of the hotel. Everything is clean
The only drawback is a Russian-speaking man at the reception named Daniel, who for some reason decided to deceive us a little and make money on us for as much as 4000 derham for faster seeding. The service is provided by the staff and such a person does not belong in this hotel. This is my personal opinion.

A wonderful hotel. Rest for 5*. The king size room is large for four. One room. Clean, polite, friendly, attentive. There are a lot of people. This is especially felt at breakfast. The breakfasts are plentiful with a large selection of delicious dishes. For dinner, if not included, prices are 190 dirhams per person. For those who are expensive, I recommend dining at Yas Mall. It is 5 minutes from the hotel by the free Yas Express bus, which, by the way, can take you to all the parks on the island. The bus is certainly a salvation. It is quite a good hotel, shuttle service to all parks, entrance from the hotel was free in the spring of 2024. The food is simpler and more modest than in the other 5*. One console, a gaming steering wheel, two retro slot machines. There is a sports bar on site with football and rugby broadcast screens. Table tennis. Badminton is given out with torn shuttlecocks, it's hard to play like that. Good tea, coffee. The promenade and Yas Arena are behind the hotel, and concerts and events are often held there. There is a go-kart next to the neighboring hotel, and it takes 13-15 minutes to get there by taxi. It is possible for both children and adults, they work very decently and work late. It was a sports week and everyone was given free bicycles and allowed to ride on the race track. Very cool.

A great hotel on the bay. It fully corresponds to its level and style - Hilton . I confirmed my 5 stars. I especially note the variety of European and ethnic cuisine, with a constant change of dishes in the restaurant. Night walks along the long embankment helped to keep in shape. This location was chosen by us because of the proximity of children's amusement parks and an aquapark. The only thing that was not possible to swim in the bay , as the hotel does not have its own beach . I had to settle for the pool . I recommend a trip to this place, but from November to February. The rest of the time, the sneakers melt from the 50 degree heat!!!

An amazing hotel! Very friendly and customer-oriented staff! The rooms were cleaned daily while you were away. An amazing buffet for breakfast and dinner. By the way, there was live music for dinner. Also in the evenings, and sometimes in the afternoon, the girl played the piano in the hall, which can not but surprise. There is a children's room with Russian-speaking staff for children, which is good news. The heated pool is always warm and the children really liked it. At the exit of the hotel there is a promenade along the sea. And, another important plus is that visits to amusement parks located on Yas Island were included in the price. That's why we chose the hotel, because it provides free tickets to the parks: Ferrari Park, SeaWorld (this is a super interesting park with marine life and birds) and aqua park. The location is far from the main part of the city, but very close to such facilities as: Formula 1 track, Ferrari Land, Aquarium, WB Park, Yas Mall, water park. A free express bus runs from the hotel to these facilities and back. The frequency of the route depends on the time of day, but in general it can be said that you walk three or four times an hour.
There is a good swimming pool on the territory of the hotel, which is suitable for the youngest (from 2... 4 years old) - there are lifeguards. There is also a bar, shizlong bars, clean towels, a children's room, several restaurants.
For tomorrow, a buffet with a variety of dishes from Indian cuisine, to classic amlet, fresh fruits, bacon (beef and Turkish bacon) and many more...

This hotel was opened in February 2021 and has a room fund of 545 rooms (including 59 suites), which makes it possible to classify the hotel as large. As a result, the hotel has quite high traffic: a lot of guests and a large number of staff. Which periodically creates a fuss and queues at the reception, in the restaurant (especially at breakfast) and transfer buses. Unfortunately, as noted in other reviews, the staff does not always cope with the situation at the proper level for a 5-star hotel. Despite the fact that the hotel is more than 2 years old. Upon arrival, a formal upgrade of the standard room to a room with a view of the pool and the embankment was provided in advance. However, if there are available suites, as a participant with the Diamond status, I expected to upgrade the room category to a suite at the reception. However, when registering, I was denied this with the fully booked argument (although in the application I saw the availability of all types of rooms for the entire duration of my stay). Unfortunately, the Britney employee showed no desire to resolve this issue and ignored my arguments. Later, this issue was solved with a creak through Front office manager Camilla. As many as 3 different suites were offered to choose from, one of which is on the club floor with a view of the embankment. It is unclear why these issues cannot be solved proactively, the customer experience has already been spoiled. If we talk about the reception, then it's quieter there in the evening. However, sometimes the staff relaxes too much. In particular, on 12.11.2023 at 18:30 there was only one employee at the counters, who had a queue of 3 registering families. The guest relations corner was also empty. I had to wait more than 10 minutes for the only front office employee to finish registering guests to solve my question. There were also questions about the children's club, which is quite extensive, has several game rooms with different activities for different age categories. In general, the employees of the game are very friendly, but there are exceptions. The kids' club is open until 19-00, but one evening an employee of Funmi decided to set her own rules, demanding to pick up the children at 18:45 and forbidding them to play with toys after 18:00, so as not to clean them up afterwards. The issue was also resolved through guest relations and no one voiced such restrictions in the following days, but it is strange that it is necessary to discuss such things in such a hotel at all. Breakfast is served on the Ground Floor in the restaurant. They take place from 6 to 10:30 (until 11 on weekends). The choice is large, there are corners of Indian and regional cuisine + a standard wide range of everything you need from omelets (Benedict is also there) and sausages, to pastries and fruits. It is better not to come at the last hour, because there is a queue at the entrance. If we talk about the infrastructure, then there is a swimming pool on the territory, which works according to various information until sunset / until 18:00. Given that the hotel does not have its own beach and many other hotels have pools open until 20:00, it would be nice to adopt this experience. I think the guests would appreciate the opportunity to swim in the evening before dinner. Despite the fact that the hotel does not have its own beach, it provides free access to Yas Beach, which is located about 1 km from the hotel. For free access to the beach, you must present the keys to the room and show a screenshot with the reservation number and the length of stay. The beach (penultimate photo) is located in a certain bay. The water is not blooming, but it seems somewhat stagnant. Sand in places with pebbles, but in general the place is pleasant. The opposite bank, overgrown with vegetation, resembles the bank of the Volga. There are sunbeds and boars on the beach, almost everything is available for free. There is also a warm pool with fresh water. DJ sets are sometimes held and certain parts of the beach may be restricted to children in the afternoon. At the entrance to the beach there is an inspection and drinks are taken away (returned at the exit). Inside there are cafes and bars with high prices. There is also a small children's pool with an artificial waterfall. There is no direct free transfer from Hiltona to the beach at the moment. You can use a transfer to route Y2, but it's faster to walk or take a taxi. An important advantage of the hotel is the provision of free access to all 4 amusement parks (Ferrari World, Seaworld, WB and Waterworld) for all registered guests for all days of stay. This allows you to visit all the parks and seriously save your budget, especially if you come with the whole family. There is a circular transfer route Y1 to the parks from the hotel. The advantage is that Hilton is the starting point of this route and, most likely, you will be able to board it if you come to the boarding at least 10 minutes before departure (there are schedules on the transfer website, at the bus stops and at the hotel reception). It may be more difficult to get back, because the bus may come to the intermediate points already full, then as luck would have it. There is always an option with a taxi. The hotel also has a full fitness room and a traditional Spa Eforea, with free access to the sauna, hammam, steam sauna, Jacuzzi and relaxation room for hotel guests. In addition, on the 7th floor of the hotel there is an executive lounge, with a fairly decent set of hot and cold snacks, as well as alcoholic beverages (wine, sparkling wine, beer, spirits) during the evening Happy Hours from 18:00 to 20:00 and very pleasant staff. I want to especially mention Diana and Francisco. During my stay at the hotel, I celebrated my birthday and the housekeeping team beautifully decorated the room, sweets were presented, as well as a pancake cake with a candle and a song performed by the staff for breakfast. In general, they didn't forget about the birthday and it's nice. In general, I recommend the hotel as a location for a convenient and complimentary visit to all available amusement parks and a shopping center, despite the still lame work of the staff in some areas.

Food for adults is fine, but it's a disaster for children, there was nothing to eat except French fries, breakfasts for 7 days are boring with monotony, room cleaning is also a disaster, I'm not that clean, but even for me the room was dirty, the dust was not visible, there were already tangles. The pool bar guys are great , the restaurant is also trying , but the reception fails , the second case of incompetence of employees occurred when we went to the beach , for reference there is no beach there !!!!!
