We were in the role of the buyer. Although we were a little worried about the deal initially, everything went well in the end. We worked with Andrey. A pleasant young agency, a closer and more human approach, without pretense. Although we were initially a little worried that everything would go well according to the documents. There were 2 agents on the deal, one helped us, the other helped the seller. Everything went great. The agent was always in touch via messenger and on the phone. The only advice is to take photos a little better (perhaps with Photoshop) Because the apartment was much better in person than in the photo :) The agency's service was paid for by the seller, I am sure that their prices are quite affordable.
