The hotel justifies its stardom to the fullest. Large rooms, apartments, everything is working, the air conditioning is not noisy, all appliances are working, the rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable mattresses and pillows, there are no cockroaches (which is rare in this level of hotels). Very nice customer-oriented staff. If you want to find fault, there are no breakfasts, but there is no need to wait for this in the Dubai top three. I give the hotel an excellent rating, I've probably already visited more than 50 hotels in Dubai, and I'm often here for work.

A good hotel, pleasant staff, bonus in the form of a rooftop pool (also available from below), closed Parking, quite tasty food. I was pleased with the presence of a kitchen and a small balcony.
Someone writes that it's an unpleasant area, but I'm not a fan of tourist routes, in general, I'm not too upset to live outside the center of Dubai. We also traveled comfortably by metro, because it was not so long to walk to it. There is an excellent snack bar nearby, it's a pity we didn't remember its name.
I hope we'll be back again.

Great view from the room to the courtyard with a swimming pool and a summer terrace. The room has a kitchen: the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking are at hand.
A variety of dishes at the breakfast buffet. Here I tried a dish called Indian cucumber for the first time - it will be suitable for lovers of spicy and savory. There is a cook in the hall who will prepare an omelet with toppings (mushrooms, onions, cheese, peppers, etc.) on the spot at your request. One of the disadvantages at a meal is a very large flow of guests, sometimes you have to wait for 7-10 minutes to sit down at least somewhere. It is common to keep other guests at the same table here, it did not bother me personally, nor did the neighbors at the meal. I also saw more than once a picture of how residents from another building were simply not allowed to have a buffet because there were no boarding places.
There is another small swimming pool on the roof of the hotel with a circular view of the surrounding area, it will be nice to meet the sunset here.

Solid 3. I'm tired of a lot of things in this hotel, something breaks periodically, all kinds of smells sometimes. In general, it is possible for a short period of time. So to spend a romantic evening, of course not. But there are also advantages, the water in the pool is warm and heated, the staff is friendly and welcoming, there is a sauna, although small, but it is there. The rooms are relatively spacious, there are mini-kitchens, you can cook something. I lived for about 6500 a month, without breakfast. In principle, it's worth the money, nothing more. But prices go up on holidays, and of course paying for an old hotel over that is somehow wrong. All the world!

I really liked the apartments. They have everything, cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave. The room was cleaned daily upon request. Good location, close to shops and metro. The reception staff is English-speaking, there are no complaints.

Excellent 3* hotel, very clean!! Not bad breakfasts, very friendly staff, although we communicated through an English translator. and it was a long time)) The location is good, there are large grocery stores nearby, there is a place to walk, the center is also not far away. The rooms are cleaned every day. The pool is on the roof and on the 1st floor there is a dining room. Towels are provided. There is an Internet connection. But we were practically not in the room. But when we were there, it was as comfortable as possible!!

It is not located in a noisy place . There is a convenience store nearby. to the subway, 15 minutes on foot. The nearest shopping center is a 15 - minute walk away . There is a great swimming pool on the roof of the hotel.

A very comfortable hotel.
It's cozy as home.
The staff is polite.
They cook Very tasty. There are only a lot of spicy dishes.
The rooms are spacious. There are more than enough lockers! A huge mirror. Two tables, two sofas! The beds are comfortable and the bed linen is snow-white!!!

Awesome hotel, the rooms are great. Spacious, there is a kitchen corner where you can cook your own food. There are all utensils: pots, pans, knives, forks, spoons, glasses, mugs, and even a corkscrew. Two comfort tiles, a kettle, a sink, a microwave. There is a large loggia, but the view from it is on the neighboring building. There is a rooftop pool with umbrellas and sun beds. There is a shower room and a toilet by the pool. We took only breakfast, everything was delicious and fresh. The location is good. The nearest metro station is a 12-15 minute walk away. There are 5 stops to Burj Khalifa. There are shops and supermarkets nearby. We have already been to Dubai three times, this is the most successful hotel in terms of price and quality, I recommend it to everyone.

There was a sofa in the room, which is impossible for a teenager to sleep on, but the three of us fit on the bed.

Clean, cozy apartments. The staff consists of Pakistanis who do not speak Russian, but this is only a big plus). There are 2 small pools, one of them on the roof. The dining room is small, but always very clean, there is a lot of food and varied, lunch is served on a very meager menu, but the breakfasts and dinners are excellent. It is very important that the MMI store is 10 minutes away (like KB, just don't forget to take your passport!)
and the Golden Arch is 30 minutes away. All shops and shopping centers are nearby. The only thing to get to ANY beach is: 20 minutes by taxi, 30 minutes by bus and about the same amount by metro, but it takes another 15 minutes to walk to it, and then another 20 minutes from it.
It was at the end of October, according to my feelings the temperature was under 50))) the water is 32, respectively, going into the water you do not feel the difference, I advise you to go to Dubai from December.

A normal breakfast.
The metro is relatively close. There are shops, pharmacies, etc. along the way.

I've been there twice, I really liked it both times, two metro stations are not far away, different branches, convenient distance from the gold market, the old town, with all the shopping places where you can buy everything and bargain, you feel safe walking at night with your wife and daughter, everything is very decent shops work even at night, you can even to sew a suit, but it's expensive, I was at the fish market, I was delighted, you can use public transport, but if you are poorly oriented, it's better to take a taxi in the store, you need to check the receipt, and then, like us, they can count something in their favor, I really love this place, Indians prefer to live here, but there are also a lot of Europeans

This hotel has excellent staff who try to speak Russian, despite the fact that we can easily explain ourselves in English. After check-out, you can leave your belongings for free.
There is a shuttle service to La Mer Beach several times a day (in the morning). They say to sign up in advance, but in fact I was traveling in an empty minibus) The drivers are also very polite.
The rooms are generally cozy and sleep well. But it can be cold because of the air conditioner (even when you make it warmer).
The rooftop pool is cool, heated on the 1st floor, very cool, though small.
There are small complaints about plumbing - the faucet in the shower is half falling off and there is no hot water, only warm.
I rather liked the location, not far from the metro, close to shops. There are cats who persistently ask them to feed them)))

Despite the age of the hotel, which is decent by Dubai standards, everything is incredibly clean, neat, and works properly. The rooms are well equipped with everything necessary for living and cooking. The wind blows like in Antarctica! The cleaning is excellent, the dishes are washed, the staff is friendly and positive. An adapter to the Euroville is issued on request. The rooftop pool is great, there were always free sunbeds. If you are going to cook yourself, take a small bottle of sunflower oil and a small pack of salt - in local supermarkets they are sold only in large sizes. The rest can be bought on the spot.

The rooms are cleaned daily.We responded to any requests until the day of departure.Departure to the airport at 19:05 from the hotel, departure at 23:05.We extended the room until 18:00 for 150 dihrams, which is basically inexpensive, but the fact that we could not have dinner at 18:00 from the start of dinner (we had a tour: breakfast, dinner included) was not only surprising, because often they did not even ask for the room number, they came to eat as usual, but the fact that from the moment of breakfast we were not given dinner, knowing that the flight was late, but even the room was extended...Terribly surprised and upset, because all the food on the plates that we managed to put before they came up to us and specified the room number, they would still make garbage.Something like that.
