The building is clean, the inside is cleaned, there is a gym, a swimming pool, a playground and a play area on the roof, good showers. The building is located near the intersection of major roads. Very noisy. There are many shops nearby. 20 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the international shopping center. There is a Lulu hypermarket on 2 floors.
