My acquaintance with Eliz began with gift certificates, which were presented to me by my colleagues in honor of my Birthday. I decided not to delay too much and went to Denisovskaya in the Korona shopping center to use them. The salon looks stylish, the clothes are of good quality, knowing my love for shirts, I decided that I would be happy to go beyond the certificates. And here he is at the very moment, the goods are already in the package and it would seem that it's a small matter - I get the certificate. The consultant looks at him and asks, "Where's the seal?" I was very surprised, how would I know about seals or anything else: They gave it to me. "I can't sell without printing," she said. "Go to the place where the certificates were issued and put the seal!" I'm not pushing it. What do I have to do with it? I was presented with a certificate, a receipt with the transaction number and amount attached. He suggested that the employee call a colleague at another salon and find out everything herself, in the hope that this would help. She handed over a HUGE THICK FOLDER in the 21st century and started flipping through to find the salon's phone. When she tried to call the number from the FOLDER, she got somewhere wrong. He says: "The number has been changed, I can't do anything, go there!" Well, what can I do, I packed up and went, I think okay, maybe I'll buy everything there. Upon arrival, he was annoyed that the same things were not found and began to ask about the seal. The receptionist was extremely polite and surprised by the fact that someone was asking for a seal. I started to find out everything. Thanks a lot to her for that. They called the salon on Denisovskaya and finally got to know each other and found out the contacts. She started looking for the order to cancel the seal in the same THICK FOLDER that was on Denisovskaya Street! It took some time, I asked her to put a seal on me and let me go with GOD. I just want to take back what I've chosen. She says: "But if I put the seal on it, then I'll admit my guilt!" Yes, she's absolutely right about that, BUT WHAT DOES THE BUYER HAVE TO DO WITH IT? I returned back to Denisovskaya Street, everything was successfully sold to me with apologies and a discount card, thank you for that. However, my family and I spent an hour and a half of our lives, which no one will return to me, so that 2 salons finally found out their regulations, whether they need a seal or not. I had a sharp feeling that I was back in the 90s. No computers, no fast communication, no chief specialist for all salons, so that he could quickly resolve the issue. And most importantly: What does the client have to do with it, if I have a certificate, was it issued by the company's employees? Why should I go and find out what the rules of the shops are? The product is excellent! But if the level of sellers and their managers is the same, it is unlikely that he will go far... Be careful when purchasing certificates from this company.
