I came to get a card, for the first time in a Mortgage bank. When entering the electronic terminal for the queue, this is a big plus, so that some impudent people do not pass out of turn. Everything is fast and professional. I would like to mention Anora (Mukambar Yusupova), an employee of the bank, politely told everything and solved my questions. There would be more such polite and professional employees

The bank is great! I wish there were more cashiers so that the queue was not long.And then you go to pay for the kamunalka, the queue is a kilometer long and you'll just stand there until lunch
