I came here with my family. I liked this hotel very much and the workers are really good their jobs. The hotel location is in beldibi so it is mean so near to kemer. You should go to the Kemer for a short trip. As for the animation team I wants to thanks them. Especially Mr Furkan. He does his job very well by entertaining the air gun activity to the guest and also thanks for mrs Katy’s from mini club you can entrust your children to her. Thanks a lot!

We had a family vacation (5 people- 3 adults and children aged 14 and 11) in September 2025. I can't say anything about the flight and the road, we were traveling by car. I want to write what I remember the most. In short: the hotel is good, I recommend it 100%, of course there are disadvantages, but for some they will not be such, but the advantages outweigh everything. Have fun reading) + ~ not once in 6 days has there been a crowd in the main restaurant ~ there was enough food, tables, and chairs for everyone ~ even before the restaurant closed, there was only just cooked food, that is, there was no such thing that something was running out ~ the area is awesome: clean, everything is green, the mountains, the sea are excellent ~ lots of kitties and all well-groomed ~ the staff is the kindest, there are straight Russian-speaking employees, but occasionally they need to be caught ~ Entry to the sea: 1. There are three piers. 2. beach to choose from: sandy or pebbly (we chose mostly pebbly, as we swam in masks and looked at fish and crabs / there were also sandy beaches, the water is not cloudy, as in the same Alanya (surprisingly), very pleasant sand) ~ there are many places to eat and drink (on the beach, near the reception, on the territory itself (near the cabins)) and of course the main restaurant ~ this is purely my opinion, but I liked the concept of separate rooms, not one huge hotel. There are 15-20 rooms in each house. ~the room was super, two-room (one room with a double bed, the second room with a single bed and a bunk bed) ~the room was cleaned daily! what is very important, the bed linen was changed every day! more importantly, the minibar was replenished daily (cola, fanta, sprite, juices, water, soda) (beer was also added in the parent's bedroom) ~ the alcohol was both imported and local, but mostly they added local to the cocktails, of course, but I don't consider this a disadvantage, because the cocktails are delicious even so ~ there are shops near the hotel, there are not many of them, but if you forgot something at home and need to buy, everything is there. ~ I caught the Internet everywhere except the beach, but it sank (not in the cons because we came not to sit on the phones 😂) ~ absolutely always! there were free sun beds. Considering that there were five of us and we always found sun beds, it was great. There was no such thing as people running out at 5 a.m. and taking sun beds and not lying there all day even once - ~ for me personally! there were not enough evening shows, there was a children's disco, and then immediately an outdoor disco for adults. I don't like discos, so I'd be super bored in the evenings (but at least my family and I played board games in the lobby bar) ~few pools. there was one medium-sized pool, but there were activities and people were swimming and just someone was relaxing. There was no more peaceful place. ~ water park....I wouldn't really classify it as a minus, two of the slides were awesome (which are on laps), but the rest...It's a complete mess, it's for extreme athletes, because you fly down at the speed of light and fly into the water as if you were hitting a rock. I've beaten off my coccyx so much that I still can't get up without pain! The first thing I do is go to the hospital 😢 (I also went to the doctor at the hotel itself, but he said I needed to go for an X-ray, and my case was not included in the insurance, so knowing the prices in the tour hospitals, I decided to wait at home and hope I won't regret it) It seems like everything, maybe I missed something, but I wrote what I remember the most. I'll give this hotel a solid 9 out of 10 . Would you come there again? definitely yes, and I think more than once I would like to see other hotels in this chain.

The beach is nice, but you can't jump from the pier according to the rules because of the small height, but if you can, everything is fine. The room (Family deluxe) is good, although repairs in some places suffer. Aquagorks are good, but you can knock off the coccyx on one, you need to be careful, if you go down slides where you don't need a circle, then when you get into the water, your head hurts a little, probably because of the sudden descent, but it's worth it. Near the main pool, it stinks of sewage in one place, and strongly. It is not clear why there is only water in the refrigerators on site and airan in the beach bar, although it was possible to add coke, etc.), the mini-bar in the room is quite good. The staff is good, there are a lot of cats on the premises) there are few alcoholic drinks in the bar. Discos are quite interesting. I would like to point out that special cutouts were made for trees in the houses during construction so as not to cut down. Nice hotel, I recommend it.

Ala cards without prior appointment, it's like a minus, because you come during the opening, and there's already a queue. You need to go early or later in the second run to get in, so to speak. The animation, in my opinion, is good, they do something by the pool, there is yoga, evening shows, theme nights. Of the cons, we had some problems in the room, the hair dryer broke down, we immediately adjusted it, the air conditioner stopped cooling, and we also did it. And of course, a huge disadvantage, in my opinion, is the cramped sun beds on the beach, and vacationers throwing on their towels at 6 a.m. This is the first time I've encountered this, we come to the beach, there are no free sun beds. You can find 1 maximum of 2 for our family of 4 people.

Absolute five stars. We stayed here in September 2025 and had an unforgettable vacation. I really liked the concept of guest accommodation: not in one monolithic building, but in separate bungalows. It is somewhat reminiscent of Soviet campsites only in luxury form! Excellent food both at the buffet and in the restaurants located on the territory of the hotel, of which, by the way, there are 4! And all are free! Excellent bar, available at any time of the day, its own pastry shop. We were also satisfied with the animation. The hotel did not let you get bored even in the evening. Excellent clean and well maintained beach. Each sunbed has its own umbrella and table. We were particularly pleased with the cozy piers, from which it is convenient to enter the water and on which you can also sunbathe. In general, I was pleased with the hotel. I hope they'll come back here someday.

We are currently staying at this hotel, we really like everything. A beautiful, green area, which is carefully maintained, constantly cleaned, and improved, which is good news. The nature is incredible, the sea is clear, azure - this, of course, is the main thing we were driving for, and we got exactly the picture we expected and even better.😍 Beautiful new buildings have been built on the territory, they are surrounded by greenery and look very nice and cozy. We lived in one of them. The rooms have a pleasant design, it is clear that the interior concept was worked out - beautiful colors, lighting, details. You can, of course, get to the bottom of the details about the quality of construction and repairs, but we will not do this. Maybe such nuances matter to someone, but definitely not to us) We are not going on vacation to look at how the baseboard in the room is attached)) Of the disadvantages of the placement, I can only say that the audibility is quite good, if the building is next to a road or concert venues, the sounds will be heard. And also, do not expect sea views, the buildings are really located close to each other and most often the rooms are not specific. But it doesn't bother us much either, we only sleep in the room) The cleaning is very good, by the way, towels are always changed, the mini-bar is replenished, the bed is made. Stable and without reminders) The food is very tasty, we like everything, there is a lot of choice. Both meat and fish, various side dishes, soups, a lot of vegetables (fresh and very tasty baked). There is always a large selection of fruits - watermelon and melon. There's nothing to say about desserts, there are always a lot of them, a paradise for sweet tooths) baklava is just super! 4 ala maps, were so far only in Italian. I also really liked it, it was delicious and a very large set of dishes! We don't feel hungry at all in this hotel) Who writes that they give the same thing every day, the assortment does not change - guys, I'm sorry, but I'm afraid to imagine what you eat at home, that you didn't like SUCH an assortment of food) don't pay attention to the bad reviews, you definitely won't stay hungry here) We are vacationing at the end of September, the hotel is loaded to the maximum, as far as I know. We always found comfortable sun beds at the sea and at the pool at any time. The beach is very long, there are a lot of sun beds + 2 piers. Yes, the sandy beach is usually packed, because it is popular with families with children, and it is worth taking a sunbed there early in the morning. We always relax either on the pier or on the pebble beach (we like it better, because the water is clearer, there are almost no people either in the sunbed area or in the sea itself). The pool is large, there are a lot of sun beds, we calmly found places after lunch. The roller coaster is super! We ride constantly) rescuers are on duty everywhere and carefully monitor the situation! Of the very minor disadvantages, rather even the wishes of the hotel: - I would like to make repairs in the restaurant and at the reception, everything is clean and tidy there, but I want to update the furniture, because it is a little outdated in terms of design. Make it more atmospheric, in the style of your beautiful new rooms! It would be perfect😍 But in general, the hotel is great! I can safely recommend it. Those who write negative reviews have probably vacationed in luxury 7-star hotels before. The hotel is very cool, family-run, clean, well-groomed, the whole family had their first vacation after the pandemic in September, and decided to visit the whole family for the second time this year in July. A large company of 8 people stayed at this hotel from October 19 to October 29, 2017! Honestly, we're all thrilled! Children aged 6,7,8 years rested with adults. And no one was left indifferent! Hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, soap accessories, razor... And even needles and threads... I can't list everything! Very friendly and smiling staff. The location of the hotel is very convenient... 3 swimming pools, children's room, water park, restaurants! Among the advantages are a sick green area, a water park, 3 beaches, several restaurants in addition to the main one (where breakfast, lunch, dinner), every evening each location has its own entertainment program, there is a mini club for children, a huge chess set, a playground, trampolines… On the downside, there is no sound insulation of the windows,the music screams until midnight (for those who go to bed early, it is impossible to fall asleep), the rooms have been renovated, prepare for the fact that there may be remnants of foam on the walls in the room , or the safe is screwed upside down,generally tolerable, but still, it draws on a good 4-koo! The furniture in the restaurants is already very "tired".… In general, in general, the furniture did not overshadow our vacation much, what we came for, the sea, the sun, delicious food, entertainment for the child-we got all this in full!

The clearest sea. 5 times in Turkey, and each time we carefully choose a hotel, this one turned out to be the best. Upon check-in, they offer a suite in another hotel because this one is fully occupied. And that says a lot. They refused and were very happy - they really liked the hotel! In 10 days, I really got tired of the monotonous food. There is no seafood except fish. About the sun beds: they haven't been available by the sea since early in the morning, but you could find them upstairs on the beach. There is a non-smoking area, where you can almost always find a couple of sun beds. The children's room is tired, but the children don't care, they are entertained there almost all day, they like it (from the age of 4). I was on my own with a two-year-old, but we were taken to all the events and master classes. The sea is excellent, and there was occasional debris, but it's generally clean, especially if you sail farther away. There are biting small fish. Ala-kart was in Italy for a long time, but delicious. The territory is beautiful, you can't really walk behind it, on the left there are hotels with high fences, on the right there is a village, but not very clean and pleasant.

I am currently vacationing at this hotel in September 2025. Great hotel, I like everything. There is a large beach, lots of sun beds, the sea is clean, there is plenty of room for everyone. On-site rooms are located in 3-storey cottages. That's the beauty of it, there are no elevators or halls. We live in building 7. The room is newly renovated, everything is new, the plumbing is in good condition. It's quiet, intimate, and generally quiet in any building in the hotel, it seems to me. The bed linen is new, there are different pillows to choose from (they have a pillow menu), there are bathrobes, slippers, all hygiene products. The food at the hotel is excellent. A large selection and everything is really delicious. Dorado and sea bass are grilled every day for lunch and dinner. Imported alcohol is available only in one bar, which is near the reception. But in general, the alcohol is normal, and the cocktails are delicious, especially the Pina Colada. Everything is clean around, the beach towels are in good condition. I am surprised by the bad reviews, do not see them if you are planning a trip to this hotel.

There are many bars where you can comfortably sit down and spend time. The territory is small, you can't really walk around. No one is allowed to go further along the sea than the hotel. There is a pharmacy and souvenir shops outside the property. Animation is zero: shows every other day (half were canceled due to rain), water aerobics, water polo and darts. I saw it was fun at the kids' club) After 23, the disco opens, if you are a girl, then it's better not to go to the DJ's room and order songs)) well, in general, it was rotten. If you want a relaxing retirement vacation, then go here. If you want to have fun, maybe not. We really liked it, but next time I'll look for a more fun option with more movement.

Since the weather was cloudy, and taking into account the delay of the plane and the waiting at the airport, after agreeing with the travel agent, we agreed and moved to Kemer, checked in and rested at the sea. The next day we packed up and left for our hotel at 12.30 pm, we were given a two-room room 1122, two bathrooms, three small and one large bed and a bonus of 4 days in a bungalow, two days on the shore and two days on the pier. The sun goes behind the mountain in September at 17.15-17.20. By the way, everything is fine with towels, too, no cards, everything is very loyal. The first ones are in the room, and the replacement is on the way from the beach near the spa, no one looks at how much they put in, how much they took, you can take as much as you need. The tradition of occupying sun beds is present, especially close to the sea pool. In principle, we have never been left without a place in 10 days, although we spent 4 of them in a bungalow. Animation There is animation, but it is not intrusive, no one drags by the hand, does not shout much, whoever wants to find it. Water aerobics, yoga, pool contests, darts, etc. The kids' club is very small, but the club's territory is quite large, there is a Playground under a canopy, a sandbox with toys. You can take children from 4 years old, there is always a Russian-speaking animator, children are engaged on a schedule, games, including active ones, drawing, toys. Water, baby milk drinks in the fridge, toilet. They ask if there is an allergy. There is a fun drawing on a $15 T-shirt, which is presented on stage after a children's disco, and a balloon is given as a gift. It is open all day until 23.00!!! In the evening there are invited shows, a children's disco in the amphitheater, various festivals in the clearing behind the amphitheater, live music on the second floor of the lobby bar. Territory The hotel's housing stock consists of 2-3-storey houses, the distance between which is very small. The area is very picturesque, covered in pine trees, there is a small zoo with birds and rabbits, there are many cats on the territory. There is a fairly long embankment about 350 meters along the beach, along which there are restaurants and bars. It feels very close, but it's difficult to navigate at the beginning. In fact, all the activity and food is concentrated in the center of the hotel. There are several shops with toys, clothes and bags in the central square. There is a children's water park with 3 slides on the territory, and an adult water park with 5 slides, on which you can ride only with a bun from two. One swimming pool for adults and one for children, tennis courts, a volleyball court. Moving around the hotel with a baby carriage is quite comfortable, there are no stairs, there are ramps everywhere, or almost everywhere (there is no descent to the bar and fish restaurant), but bypassing it there is access to the sea via a ramp. Rooms The room in which we were accommodated 1122 (family) was located in building A6 and consisted of two rooms with a separate bathroom in each room, one double bed and three sofa beds. The room has everything you need, a set of hygiene supplies (disposable razor with shaving cream, toothbrush with toothpaste, ear sticks, comb, nail file, shower cap), gel, conditioner, shampoo in small bottles, kettle with tea, coffee set, daily refilled 2 mini bars (beer, cola, sprite, fanta, and tea, water, mineral water). The curtains are completely blackout, there is an assortment of different pillows, chairs with a table on the balcony, an ashtray, a clothes dryer (4 short sticks on one mount). There are many different lighting options. To turn on the electricity, you need to insert the room key into a special switch connector (you can ask for additional keys at the reception). The repair and condition of the room are in good condition, one of our mini-bars did not work (it did not cool, but as it turned out, it was unplugged, but when turned on, it started to heat, not cool, and was disconnected again), the card connector fell off when trying to insert the card, the shower hose leaked from two sides, water in one shower it leaked under the glass railing of the shower, as it didn't leave well and soaked the foot towel. The toilet lid attachment broke once, so it was changed the next day even without our participation. The mattress on the bed is not sagging, it is comfortable to sleep, and it is also comfortable to sleep on sofas. By moving one of the sofas to the bed, the possibility of a child (1.5 years old) falling in his sleep was eliminated. Restaurants and food 4 Ala kart restaurants Turkish Italian Mexican and fish. You don't need to sign up for restaurants, but if you arrive late, you don't have to sit down, you can get in the second wave when the tables are empty. They work until 23.00. There are no Turkish nights, no carvings of watermelons or pumpkins, no tuna, no cakes in the classical sense, only cakes. There are several cafes on site where you can have a snack and lunch without visiting the main restaurant. The burger joint is located on the shoreline, the burgers are large, but everything is a little dry, served without sauces, but the sauces are on the tables in large bottles (mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise). At 6:30 p.m. it turns into a Turkish Ala-kart, bottled soda is served only in restaurants. A pool bar, grilled chicken, shawarma (or shawarma, whichever you prefer), fish, portioned salads with a refrigerator packed from flies and heat in food film, chicken pieces in batter (rostiks), watermelons, there is also a bar with alcohol and drinks, a refrigerator with Algida ice cream. The bar by the sea is open around the clock, there is also a seafood restaurant, which after dinner turns into a 24-hour a la carte snack bar. Once they came with a child, the pasta was not delicious, they did not eat together, but fish and chips are made "bombishly", it's a pity that there are only three pieces of fish in batter in the dish. A garden bar or birgarden, various events take place in this location, there are small gazebos for privacy with a small company, there are not all kinds of drinks in the bar.

The area seems to be large, but due to the fact that there is only one pool, the whole crowd is focused on this spot and creates the impression of crowding and impassable places. We have a room with a sea view, and you can see the sunrise from it, but the daily discos keep you awake until midnight. On the third day of my stay at the hotel (I can't call it a vacation), signs of intestinal infection appeared, and I stayed in the room for a day. And to be honest, I was ready to just take plane tickets and leave, but then God sent Melissa, who was very actively involved in our problems. As a bonus, we were provided with cozy bungalows to relax on the pier until the end of our vacation (they cost 60euros daily), Melissa helped us resolve the issue of maids and room changes. A very cool person, a customer-oriented employee and a very pleasant woman! The only one who tried to help from the staff! Cons: constantly dirty unwashed dishes, plates and glasses, not one or two, but a lot and always; terrible alcohol (only in the pool bar sometimes a cocktail of undiluted alcohol slipped through); terrible coffee; absolutely unfriendly girl in a cafe for desserts. I didn't like the concept of changing a beach towel strictly in the evening at a certain time. We were in the middle of October, there was a cold sea and an icy pool. I really want to be able to change the towel to a dry one during the day. I note the rudeness of the man at the reception when checking in, I have never encountered anything like this. We arrived late, but the tourists who arrived plus or minus on time told us that there were no delays in checking in. Room cleaning and replenishment of the mini-bar daily. There is also a daily change of towels (which are not for the beach, but for the room. Beach towels must be changed on their own, daily. From 17:00 to 19:00). The room has everything in general – liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste, disposable shaving machine and shaving foam, washcloth, cotton pads, ear cleaning sticks, comb, nail file, shower cap, sachet (if necessary, dispose of medical supplies), hairdryer, bathrobes, shoe spoon, shoe cleaning sponge, thread and needle. If you take a complex – hamam + massage – it is worth considering that Balinese massage is quite hard. For chronic back problems, it is at your discretion (the consequences will depend on the scale of the back problems). Restaurant (main) – the food is varied and the same at the same time. Well, it's just that during our vacation we haven't met a person who can eat all the dishes provided at once. Therefore, there is room for choice – chicken today, fish tomorrow, beef the day after tomorrow, etc. A la carte restaurants – there are 4 on site. Each one can be visited for free 1 time. There is no recording, there is a live queue. These restaurants are open from 18:30 to 23:00. If you are not hungry by 18:30, I advise you to come by about 20:00 – just in time the tables will begin to empty. About these restaurants: Turkish is a classic of Turkish cuisine (traditional appetizers, grilled meat); Italian – appetizers, pasta, meat, dessert (ravioli was chosen from pasta – very tasty); fish – it's not clear from the menu at all – other tourists told us that the appetizers should have been squid, shrimp, fish ... they brought sushi, beans, asparagus, salted fish... from the main dishes – salmon is unrealistically delicious (appetizers were not impressed); Mexican – everything in the spirit of Mexico – nachos, salad, sauces (from sour cream to something spicy) - from the main dishes they offer chicken or beef (everything is quite spicy), dessert in Baked ice cream is awesome in a Mexican restaurant (it's when there's a crust on the outside and ice cream on the inside). In principle, there are enough sun beds for everyone. But if you want to take a sunbed in the shade, it's better to take care of it before 8:00. Bars – most of them are open from 10:00 to 23:00. 24–hour service - lounge bar only. There are friendly bartenders everywhere. The service is excellent. I highly recommend the roof bar and sea bar – the views are excellent. The territory behind the hotel has shops and a pharmacy. You can choose something for yourself or as a gift. There are also ATMs behind the hotel, 2 ATMs on the street, without crossing the road, go towards the exit to the highway. Non–hotel services: offers to go shopping (it's worth remembering that the markets where you will be taken are specially tourist, convert prices into rubles in your head and decide for yourself whether it's expensive for you or not); offers to parachute / dive/sail on a yacht – it's also up to you to decide (relying on your ability to pay, courage and health). Other: the hotel is multi-national. If someone is disgusted by a particular nation, it's better to think about it. On our dates (15.09-25.09) there were a lot of Ukrainians (specific behavior, hatred of all vacationers – not only Russians (based on their dialogues, alas, I understand the move), loud behavior, disregard for other vacationers – they are rude to everyone equally, regardless of age and nationality, negatively discuss all vacationers in their own language). Overall, the vacation experience is excellent. The sea is warm, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious, the air is awesome, if you swim in the sea, you can enjoy a magical view of the mountains nearby. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The water park for children is icy. There was no cleaning in the room, although the floors were "soaked" with pieces of dust behind the doors, all two weeks of rest lay under the beds. On the plus side, it's unusual and great that there are as many as 4 alyakart restaurants and you can go to each one without an appointment. Good water park for adults and a hammam. The food is monotonous, but there is always grilled fish. The hotel has a zoo with domestic birds and rabbits. Well, the location of the hotel is excellent, the mountains and the clear sea (there were exceptions after strong waves) offset most of the disadvantages of the hotel.

We cleaned the room every day, and before we could leave the room at 8:30 a.m., they were already rushing to clean up. We stayed at this hotel from 09.09.25 to 15.09.25. We were well received. We arrived around 12:30. Lunch had just started. We were fed, and then immediately placed in a room. The room is normal, but the bathroom could use a renovation. We sorted out our things, settled into a room and went to the beach. And here is the first disappointment: there are no free sun beds. It turns out that you need to take sun beds in the morning. So I came on vacation to get up early and run to take sun beds. The travel agency did not mention this. And, most importantly, the manager of the travel agency herself was vacationing there and did not tell us anything about it. When we told her about it, she replied that there was nothing like that during her vacation. And in general, take and put away someone's towel and occupy a sunbed. It's okay, right? As for room cleaning, it's fine, they clean every day. As for the food, there is no normal soup at all, and there is no porridge or milk in our understanding either. It's the same thing every day. Alcohol: champagne is sour, beer is so-so, cocktails feel as if not all the ingredients are added. Few of the staff speak Russian. Young people don't know Russian at all. Russian Russian is written in all the shops and the sellers speak Russian. Interestingly, you can go outside the hotel. And so the staff, of course, tries. Well done!
