High level, honest 5 stars, very well managed. a relatively new building, with unobvious advantages - without leaving the hotel you can find yourself in a large shopping mall with a large number of restaurants (including Michelin-starred ones), with disadvantages - there is no private beach, but these are small things, there are plenty of beach clubs around, gorgeous views from the eco, the only skyscraper on a Palm tree.

A great hotel for your money. Of the cons, the only way out for a hair dryer is very inconvenient and there is no normal smoking area. Everything else is top notch. The hotel is very clean and atmospheric. There are several Michelin restaurants on site, an observation deck on the palm tree on the 54th floor of the hotel, a bathroom with panoramic walls in each room, a steep beach club 21+ 1 km from the beach (very convenient to get through the park). Access to the mall directly from the hotel.

A very respectable, upscale hotel, where life is always in full swing in the lobby and at the exit (because there are so many cool restaurants and malls around). It's easier to say about breakfasts that they are NOT served - caviar, I haven't seen it, and everything else (fruits and berries, variations of omelets, luxurious cakes and lush croissants, fish) is all in abundance. I was told that I would be served by 16 butler butlers. Two shirts can be ironed for free per day, you can ask for tea in the room or to fill the bathroom. I saw the pool from the window - shallow, but atmospheric, you can look at the palm tree. The room is high-class and comfortable. What can I say, a cool hotel - thanks to the employer for the accommodation organized in it👌

We stayed at this hotel for two nights from October 7th to 9th. I must say right away that the hotel exceeded all our expectations and we were pleasantly surprised by the care of the staff and the cleanliness and beauty of the room. We arrived at the hotel on October 7th after lunch. We were escorted to the Russian-speaking receptionist, invited to sit down, and our suitcases went to the room at that time. I would like to note that the registration procedure was not at all tiring, as in other hotels, because St. Regis took care of its visitors and provided comfortable chairs and tables near each receptionist so that visitors would not stand after a tiring journey. Then the concierge escorted us to the room, who told us where it was, where we could change money, how to turn on the air conditioner, lower the blinds and where to call for any question. By the way, two things are provided for free ironing for hotel visitors (we were also provided with cute bags where we can put things for ironing) and shoe shine. I would like to note that the location of the hotel was also very inspiring! From the lobby, without leaving the street, you can safely go to the Nakhil Mall shopping center, where there is a currency exchange at a pleasant rate, many restaurants and shops. After checking into the room and getting to know the hotel, we went about our business and returned closer to night. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw that all our shoes were neatly arranged, there was a rose in the bathroom, and a treat in the form of chocolate on the bed. We also found a note on the table with a wish to have a nice rest! Moreover, I left a book on the table and discovered that the attentive staff gave me a branded bookmark (which, by the way, was also mentioned in the note). The only disadvantage in the room is not very clean windows (and they are panoramic). But I think it's fixable! The hotel has sent a feedback form, we will indicate this necessarily The next morning we went to breakfast. And what do you think? Oh, a miracle! We found there not only an abundance of fruits, dairy products, meat, but also very expensive cheeses! The waiters came up to us and offered to bring coffee, scrambled eggs, etc. By the way, I didn't have to ask to clean up empty plates, change appliances, etc. - the waiters were very attentive to us and did everything before we had time to think about it) There was no pandemonium at breakfast, everything was somehow free, unobtrusive, although there were many visitors. After breakfast, we went about our business again and returned in the late afternoon with a package of food from the restaurant. Moreover, during all the periods of our absence, the rooms were cleaned every time, the shoes were placed carefully again, and there was a treat on the bed - a chocolate bar. Then we went out for literally 20 minutes and when we returned we saw a note saying that the staff had noticed a bag of food and offered to put it on plates at any time at our request and reheat it so that we would not eat from disposable dishes. It was all so nice, cool and unobtrusive, the hotel left only the best impressions! We also asked about the possibility of booking an observation deck and a panoramic pool, we were informed about discounts and informed that at any time the concierge can make a discount reservation for us, it is enough just to tell him the chosen day, time, view, places and so on. As for the room, it's amazing! Bright, clean, marble countertops in the bathroom and in the bedroom, a glass bathroom, a convenient tray for drinks and food in the bathroom. The rooms are very well cleaned, the renovation is fresh and pleasant. A lot of water was brought to the rooms due to the hot weather, but at the same time the air conditioner worked well, there was no unpleasant smell of dust, stuffiness, heat in the room. I also liked the pool and the service there! Upon check-out, our suitcases were also kindly lowered from the room into a taxi (which was pre-ordered for us), and so quickly that we didn't even notice it! Then we only clarified and it turned out that the taxi has been waiting for us for a long time along with our luggage) In general, the hotel exceeded all our expectations! We highly recommend you to visit! The price is pleasant, the rooms are clean and beautiful, the staff is polite, courteous and caring. Thank you very much!!! I went to the pool on the 3rd floor, (there were no fences saying that it was impossible to be there), a lot of people and children were resting there, from the height of a skyscraper, a scraper fell from a worker who was cleaning windows, pierced the umbrella under which I was lying and bit into my hand. The rest was ruined. I had to spend the remaining 5 days (out of 6) in hospitals and the police. The issue is still not closed .
