Perfect location 😃 Clean and quick service of house keeping,👍 I believe the F&B is not customised enough, in the buffet just green tea is chargeable,👎 that caused problem for Central Asian people, who like to drink hot beverages during dinner. I would like to ask the F&B department to be responsible for target audience and service customisation. I think it's shame for 5* hotel to make simple tea chargeable.

Nice hotel, has its own beach. Big thanks to housekeeping and valet parking guys, very friendly and professional. Artisan kitchen better go for breakfast before 9.30am, after that so crowded, that waitress stuff not able to clean tables in time.

Great hotel, the food is varied and delicious.We lived in the Junior Suite, as a large 2-room apartment.No deposit is charged upon entry.The FB system includes food and drinks (in the morning - juice, tea,coffee, sprite, cola; at lunch and dinner - only juices, soda).The beach is nice.It is better to take a sunbed in the morning.The Wi-Fi is unstable and often turns off.The mall is 7 minutes away by taxi for 12 dirhams, if you call it yourself.If called at the hotel, then 16 dirhams.I recommend the hotel to those who want to combine a beach holiday with sightseeing.

A great hotel, we fly to several countries and hotels every year. The service here is simply worthy of 5 stars. It was possible to find fault only with the windows in the sand, but they constantly eliminate it, but it's like cleaning snow in Siberia in winter. The check-in was excellent - there was a room below the level, they gave us an order of magnitude higher at no extra charge, and we enjoyed the view from the upper floors, as requested. The linen is clean, and there are plenty of towels. The room is huge for two people. The food is always new - they arrange some themed dinners with live music, and the waiters dress up in national costumes. The location is generally great. In general, the rest was pleasant. We would come again, but we love to discover new places for ourselves.

Bab Al Qasr Hotel is an excellent choice for a comfortable stay! Cozy rooms, delicious food and friendly staff. The beach with warm water within walking distance from the palace and the Marina Mall shopping center make your stay even more enjoyable. I would like to mention the animation separately — Evelina and Sofia make the program bright and fun, and the mini-disco for children creates a great mood for the whole family. I recommend it!

The hotel's positioning as a 5* almost corresponds to reality. It's a beautiful building, a nice room, and I want to pay special attention to the quality of the food - any dish we tried in the restaurant was simply wonderful. Now a little bit about the disadvantages (from my point of view): room service takes place only after giving a signal that you want the room to be cleaned, the bed changed, and the towels replaced. Otherwise, they'll just empty the trash out of the trash can and leave. The hotel has a very small territory, so in order to be guaranteed a place, I had to run out of the restaurant during breakfast, get towels under the painting and reserve deck chairs under umbrellas. Another nuance arose with the check-in to the room. Check-in takes place from 15.00. We arrived on a night flight and were already at the hotel around 8.30-9.00. We had previously written several letters to various hotel officials asking them to give us a room early if possible, but it did not work. In short, five-star service is a relative concept. The hotel as a whole left a good impression, you just need to be prepared for the listed nuances.

We had a rest in Babalcasr from April 5 to April 10, 2025. 1. Arrival and Check-in. We arrived in Dubai on April 5 at 3 p.m., and took an individual transfer in just under 1.5 hours to Abu Dhabi. 2. The number. We settled right away. We carried our suitcases to the room. They gave me a luxury room on the 35th floor (they didn't pay anything extra or ask for anything). The room is very large, panoramic Windows on two sides. There is no mini bar, but the refrigerator is working. They bring water, tea/coffee. Two TVs, a sofa and a large but short bed (my husband's legs were hanging down at 1.89m tall). Bath and shower, toilet and bidet, hygienic shower, hairdryer and safe. Own kitchen area. There are slippers and bathrobes. The charging adapter was given free of charge after a request from the reception. There are no toothbrushes, they were provided after a request at the reception, they brought a couple of disposable brushes (as a result, the paste was bought at the Marina Mall shopping center). There were problems with cleaning: after breakfast, when leaving the room, they pressed the cleaning button. But nothing happened, as a result, they themselves went to the reception twice with a request to clean up and change everything, to bring it. Then one time the cleaner came almost at 7:00 p.m., so maybe they just didn't have time to reach us during the day. There was no balcony in the room. 3. Food and drinks. We took ol inclusive. Not all alcohol is free, but there is a list according to the coupon code. One pool bar, and one at the end of the beach (closed earlier than scheduled in the evening). We liked the beer (there are two types on the list, but almost all the times they were given Krombacher. White, red, and pink brut wines are common. Cocktails: mojito, tequila sunrise, cuba libra, screwdriver; non-alcoholic is also a choice. Drinks under the painting. Everything was fine with the food, there is a lot of choice, in my opinion, you can please everyone. 4. The beach. The beach was disappointing. A very small sandy area, algae and a strong low tide in the evening. Plus, it's a bay, and there's already a lot of construction going on on the opposite side. Shallow water. Lots of fish, small crabs at low tide in the evening. After breakfast, it was very difficult to find sun beds, everyone was busy with towels. 5. Add-ons. Free transfer to Yas parks (only when buying tickets to any park on the website or through a tour operator), free transfer does not apply to Mall shopping center. Free sauna and gym (did not go). There is a rental point for equipment (sap, bananas, etc.) on the beach. They make hookahs by the pool (the pool is heated, but not deep), there is ice cream. There is a Marina Mall shopping center within a 30-minute moderate walk, nothing special was found, branded shops and a supermarket. To sum up: we enjoyed the rest, the hotel itself, the food and drinks, the location. The beach area and cleaning service were disappointing. We would have returned to this hotel again!

The beds with pillows are an indescribable delight-royal! Everything was clean and new, there was no extraneous hair, dust, dirt, etc. in the room, a smart home was installed, and you can control the entire room from a tablet on the bedside table. The receptionists are lovely, smiling and always ready to help the managers. They helped us buy tickets for all the excursions that we had booked and cheaper than at the box office. We were delighted, this is a place where we want to return. The beach is small if the hotel is full, but there were few Russians on our vacation, the beach is half empty,

It's a lovely hotel. Clean, nice and friendly staff, always helped with any questions. The reception is very competent upon check-in and takes into account the wishes if you need to adjust the accommodation conditions somewhere. The view from the rooms is beautiful, but the rooms themselves are always clean and room service comes every day. The food is good, and there is something new every day, but for the most part the assortment does not change (I stayed at the hotel for a week). Although the beach is small, you can almost always find a place on the sun beds within 3-5 minutes. The cafes and restaurants on site are quite expensive, but they cook well. There is a place to go nearby, and by the way, it is very convenient that in the neighboring Etihad towers on the P1 level there is a supermarket where you can quickly shop if you do not have the time / desire to go somewhere.

There was no toaster or juicer, but that's not relevant for us. Daily cleaning service. Sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi are free of charge. The staff is very polite and friendly. The pool and the beach are very clean, the sea is 20 meters away. The hotel itself is very well located, next to the Etihad towers twin towers, 50 meters from the Monoprix market. Across the street is the Emirat Palase with a giant park for walking. Marina moll shopping Center is a 20-minute walk along the waterfront.

Very friendly service. The first line has its own beach, large swimming pool, showers. The hotel has a sauna, spa, massage and everything else for every budget. It is very expensive in the season. Nearby there is a huge shopping center, a promenade for evening walks. The hotel is located in the city center, near the bus station. It is cheaper to travel by taxi than to rent a transport. Good roads, public transport is available. In terms of adventure, there is a desert, camels, museums, the best in the world - a water park, an aquarium, etc., etc. The season ends in May, then begins - the heat is "Hell" as local residents say, these are those who came to work. I recommend everyone to visit Abu Dhabi. The difference from Dubai is a more relaxing vacation.

The hotel feels very ambiguous. We arrived at night, no one checked in before 15:00, they didn't let us rest in the lobby either - you can sit, you can't lie down on the sofa. Even the birthday didn't help)) Breakfast/lunch is also not allowed before check-in. You can be more precise, but from 160 dirhams per person. Room cleaning- they stupidly change towels and make the bed. There was a dirty plate for several days (( You can't take extra water in the restaurant (they wanted to take it to the beach), the staff is just guarding. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner included. But for lunch, coffee and tea are paid, only water. I don't say anything about alcohol at all - it's better not to take it and go to the store). The food is normal, you won't be hungry for sure. It's not bad on the beach, if only because it's just there. The sun beds were always clean, and there was plenty of room for everyone. As for smiles and friendliness, don't expect it, people just do their job and refer to the rules. Customer orientation? That's not the case.

We had a rest here at the end of April. I was very pleased with the hotel:atmospheric, beautiful, modern inside and out. Well located, there is a place to walk. The territory is very compact. There is a small beach line, but there is enough space for everyone both on the beach and by the pool. I was a little upset by the low tide, but not critically. The staff tries to please in everything, they respond instantly to requests. The room has everything:bathrobes, slippers, hygiene items.
