I recently stayed at your hotel ( January, 2026)and would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the receptionist ELENA. This young lady is incredibly friendly and helpful. She always greeted us with a warm smile and her attention to detail and willingness to assist were truly impressive. Additionally, I must comment the hard work of the cleaning staff done by Khurram and Abdul. Our room was always spotless and well maintained throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel is at a good level: the breakfasts are varied, the hotel grounds are large and well-equipped, and the beach is excellent. However, there was 24-hour construction and renovation right above our first room, which made it impossible to sleep. We had to go at night and request to be moved to another room, and they eventually relocated us.
