My older children and I were pupils of this kindergarten, we moved and the youngest was sent to a much-vaunted kindergarten, believe me, I changed 3 kindergartens in 1.5 years. As a result, we decided to give the kindergarten to 398. The best teachers in 398 , really the best kindergarten. I do not know who gave 1 star and for what, but if you decide to send your child to kindergarten 398, then this will be the best choice.

Excellent garden, good food and management. The garden area is always perfectly cleaned, the guard works all day, there are no outsiders in the garden. The garden is located in the greenest part of the city, within walking distance of TSUMA alley. The only drawback is parking and a narrow road, there are cars everywhere.

A wonderful kindergarten, attentive and professional tutors and nannies, proper and delicious food for children. There are sports clubs for children (football, karate, gymnastics). There is an extension. Admission of children is strictly before 09:00, after 09:00 the garden gates are closed. The garden area is well maintained, everything in the garden building is decorated according to the season. It is warm in groups in winter. The groups are mixed, they speak both Uzbek and Russian.

A dining room with prices like in a restaurant. There is no service, food prices are not clear. But the food is not bad - "homemade". You can eat, but no more.
