Russian cuisine in all its canonical traditions, in the heart of Kazakhstan! Delicious, authentic. There are dishes that are worthy of imitation. The service is 6+. The feeling that you are the main guest in this house / manor does not leave until you leave the restaurant.
The brain bones in their presentation are Russian classics, I recommend it.

This is love!
Friends, I highly recommend it!
We went to the institution, according to reviews and close location to the hotel (walking distance). We were at dinner, delicious! Cozy! Atmospheric!
A couple of days later, we returned there for lunch, the soup is amazing, eggplant salad with nut sauce - cosmos is yummy! And the pate mmmmmmm is very very tasty!
Many thanks to the waiter, the young man who served us at lunch, sorry I didn't remember the name! Non-intrusive positive dialogue, cheerfulness, relevant menu tips! Perfect service! And when we left, he also gave us a loaf of bread for the road!

A wonderful restaurant! The food is awesome, I haven't tasted it for a long time. The serving of the dishes is just super! The staff is very welcoming and empathetic. There are several halls for every taste. There is a bakery nearby with very tasty yeast-free bread and delicacies. It is located next to the U.S. Embassy. I recommend it to everyone!!!

A very sincere and pleasant place: a cozy interior, proactive and unobtrusive service and amazing dishes (interesting combinations of products and flavors; you should definitely mention your own cheeses and a smokehouse). I had to visit a second time at the invitation of a loved one whom I could not refuse. And again, the fiasco of this institution. I can list everything that I didn't like for a long time savoring, so it didn't go well for me. But there are limitations on the text. Everything is bad, the kitchen is 3+, the service is for three, the serving is generally 2. And the interior and the convenience of furniture are generally just a shame to say. IT'S BAD!

Just yesterday I wrote a review full of kind words, but today the evening was overshadowed. On March 11, 2025, at about 17:10, we arrived at the Zina restaurant, booked a table and decided to spend a wonderful evening with my wife and two children, because today is our 11th wedding anniversary. My wife and I chose the Zina restaurant to celebrate the event, as we had already been there 5 times and we liked everything, but on this day, something went wrong. While I was parking and locking the car, my wife and children went into the restaurant. I followed him in and I saw a very unpleasant picture, my wife takes off her fur coat herself and two male employees of the restaurant just stand and watch this without giving any help to the lady! It's outrageous! I immediately started helping my woman, asking in parallel, where is the service? The young man, who last time, a week earlier, was lavish in pleasantries and helping us out, this time just watched with his beautiful eyes as we struggled trying to jump to the top rung of the hanger with our height to hang a fur coat. When asked where the service was, which was the last time that week, he mumbled indistinctly, something about the lack of a hostess and apparently a conscience, but it was not very clear. Most of all, he was interested in whether there was a reservation and how many people there were. I replied that there was a reservation and there were four of us, and along the way I asked, who exactly is he? To which he replied clearly, loudly and clearly, manager Alexander, I still hear it clearly when I remember this restaurant. I was both shocked and disgusted by the man (manager Alexander) and the institution itself. Just like that, the reputation of an institution can suffer from one employee. We decided that we would no longer come to this restaurant and hurried away, as the mood was spoiled. If there is no wardrobe or cloakroom attendant, then guests are supposed to be helped, as is customary in the best establishments. When we come to such establishments, we perfectly understand why we go there, get excellent service, enjoy the cuisine and pleasant communication. As a customer, I want to receive help, comfort and friendliness from the staff of the institution for my money, and not a dry answer from a person who didn't have a good day or maybe there are still reasons for such disgusting behavior. I never expected that such a situation could happen to me and my family on our anniversary at Zina Restaurant! I wish peace, kindness and prosperity to Zin restaurant and good and friendly staff who, regardless of their internal state, remain professional and ready to meet their guests with dignity!!!

In my 45 years of life, this IS THE COOLEST RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD!!! The interior, the atmosphere, the kitchen, the waiters - everything is at the highest level!!! The waiters will tell you everything about the creator of the restaurant, his family, they will tell you everything about each dish and will raise it in an original way!
