Good afternoon! We bought at this agency in Ajman, 2 excursions: sightseeing in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The tour to Dubai is a complete failure, the guide Anna is just tears!!! No information from the history of the UAE, empty, uninteresting theses. But the tour guide is the face of the company. In a word / the tour was not a success from the word at ALL!!! Naturally, we returned to the agency and left our comments in person to the travel agent, promising to fix the situation. Maybe someone will have better luck! Tour to Abu Dhabi, guided by Otash. We received a lot of useful and interesting information, and I also talked about Dubai. As for the buses, they are very comfortable, the drivers are professionals! This is a big plus for this company. Advice to everyone: read the reviews carefully, they are mostly true and decide whether to buy excursions from this agency or not.

Quite by chance, we discovered this agency next door to the hotel where we live. We went in, looked at it, took the price list and, after talking with manager Alexey, decided to take a tour to Oman to the fjords where the water is cooler at this time than in the UAE. It took about 2 hours and 15 minutes to get to Oman. The guide Islam, while leaving the city, managed to tell the historical facts, and how, what and why. She speaks excellent Russian, English and Arabic. Upon arrival at the border, the entire bus passed through passport and customs control for 15 minutes. It took another 10 minutes to get to the port of departure. We sailed on a two-deck boat, drinks in the form of juices, tea, coffee and just unlimited water. Fruits and cookies as well. After arriving at the place, we divided by interests, some went banana fishing, some went snorkeling, some went kayaking or just swimming. There is an option to go to the beach for 20 minutes. Lunch is a buffet, plus fishing on the local donka. Overall, my family and I really enjoyed it.
