He tells the essence of the tour quickly and interestingly, a big plus is that you can not buy some elements of the tour and then the price is lower. In general, the tour is cheaper by 15-20 dollars than the hotel guide. We personally did not take the climb to the observation deck because we are very afraid of heights and walked around the shopping center for an hour, where there were good shops with sales. Fountains don't last long, but you can find out about it before the trip (we got to the performance under the song "Kalinka- malinka"). In addition to Sharjah itself, on the second tour we were taken to Old Dubai and rode on a yacht, fed dinner and showed a show. The employees are very pleasant people, they are Russian-speaking, and there are also people from Russia. The guides are excellent, they tell you everything well, and they enhance your horizons. Especially Natasha. The content of the excursions here is better than that of the hotel guide (they also took it from him for comparison) and cheaper. They work until 10 p.m.

This travel agency, under the banner of "Last Minute Tours", operates at 30/3, Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi Street, Al-Rameila-2, City Center Sector, Ajman, UAE. Indeed, it would be better if their excursions were completely burned out, as indicated in their name. We took them on an excursion to Abu Dhabi and this is what happened.: 1. A crew of ~ 40 people assembled in Ajman and Sharjah for more than an hour and a half, which the travel agency does not warn about. 2. Despite the fact that the departure was scheduled for 8.30, due to such long fees for 1-2 people from each hotel in two emirates, we got into a terrible traffic jam. As a result, the journey to Abu Dhabi took almost five hours instead of the three promised by the organizers!!! 3. The bus driver did not read the operating instructions from the word "at all", he does not know how to use the climate control system. As a result, he simply froze us out all the way there, through Abu Dhabi and back, set the temperature in the cabin to 18 degrees Celsius, which is more than 10 hours in time,!!! Negotiations with him directly and through the guide yielded no results. He drove almost the entire way with the windshield completely fogged up from the low temperature, turned on the air recirculation mode inside the cabin, while it was terribly cold in the cabin, and the women and children were lightly dressed for the weather, it was plus 25 outside. Almost everyone came back with a cough and runny nose. 4. At the same time, the driver was having fun, he didn't really give it much importance, he talked to someone on the phone all the way and didn't respond to our calls. 5. As a result, for the above reasons, the impression of the trip was completely ruined. We do not recommend dealing with this organization, it is better to contact any others. Don't be fooled by the promises of their barker, who constantly turns around on the street and tells you that they are the best.

After paying $ 175, we spent half the time on the road, collecting everyone and everything, and stopping at the request of the driver. We bought a tour to the water park at the agency . We arrived at the water park at 11 o'clock instead of 10, for such money we could clearly bring it. During the day, we received a message that the car would be replaced.We sent you a photo of the car and the license plate, thank you. But then it was interesting . The driver was waiting for the car to let him through , braked so that the child flew down , and I was holding the child . And the braking was of such a plan all the way , then the driver was reprimanded after he had set up the car to mess with someone, the driver began to change lanes on the highway and say call a taxi , then they asked him to just calmly drive to the hotels , well , no , he thought , turned off the air conditioner and said that it was broken (coincidence, I don't think ) Near the hotel, we almost crashed into cars twice. When I arrived, I went to this agency to tell them, they replied that they would sort it out, but there was no feedback . I do not recommend this agency, as it is not safe with such drivers.

We went on a sightseeing tour of Dubai. The negative reviews were very annoying. However, everything went very well. There were nuances that I didn't like, but I didn't reduce the stars. Photo stops are complete bullshit, but we didn't waste much time. The ending at the tower is also a bit clueless: it takes more than an hour and the performance with fountains lasts 2 minutes. There is no time to go to the shops and there is not much place to walk there. All other locations are very decent. The Russian-speaking guide tells the whole story perfectly. It declines the numerals a little incorrectly, but otherwise very interesting and informative information. In general, some people put one star in vain.

I accidentally went to this agency and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of excursions and affordable prices. Very cool guys work there. They helped me choose several excursions, which I was very pleased with! I was in the UAE for the first time and chose a sightseeing tour of Dubai, jeep safari and of course, visited the La Perla show! I am happy with everything! Everything is clear and good in service! And all the employees there speak Russian, I recommend it!

We went to the zoo with a Safari park from this organizer on March 1, 2024.1. We lived in Ramada beach Ajman and expected that all tourists would be from our hotel and the neighboring one, because when buying the tour we were told that we would quickly get to the place in an hour. In fact, we were driven through all the corners of Sharjah and instead of the promised hour, we got to the Safari Park for 2 hours (there were no traffic jams)! 2. There was no guide or escort on the bus with us, only an Indian driver who did not speak a word of Russian, ran after tourists at the hotel, gathered everyone, counted, drove. 3. This item was the last straw and why I gave 1 star. When we finally got to the zoo, the driver couldn't really explain anything, organize, tell us where and what. Maybe he didn't know English well, or he was just an illiterate person. As a result, tickets with QR codes to enter the park were in his phone and the whole group of us began to crowd around him on the road near the bus to get them. Although the organizer could have just sent these tickets to votspapp the day before or printed them out and distributed them. But no, they were too lazy or decided to save money. As a result, the Indian driver took everyone's phone in his hands and took pictures of these qr codes from his phone screen. At the entrance to the park, a terrible fuss began, because he gave only 2 qr codes to the families of 3 people, etc. Someone, like us, was not lucky at all, because the driver's phone was dirty and with a stained screen, then the qr code at the entrance to 1 of the three tickets simply did not begin to be read. Some of the tourists left, and 8 people from our group got stuck at the entrance and lost 30 minutes while dealing with the administrator and this unfortunate driver. I liked the zoo very much, the large beautiful territory, there are fans with water everywhere, it was comfortable to walk, it was not hot. The safari park as part of the common area with a separate entrance is also interesting, but the animals were not too close to the bus, although the teenage children liked everything. In the summer, this zoo does not work as far as I understand because of the heat.

Just yesterday - 02/15/24 we were at Motiongate Park through this travel agency. In this park, allegedly after the rain, which was 3 days ago, most of the attractions did not work, and indoors. It was really possible to visit 2-3 attractions in the entire huge park!!! What the child and I were traveling for and paid a lot of money for (about $ 80 is a ticket to the park for one person), we simply did not see, in fact, we were deployed in front of the pavilions with the words nothing works! When asked about a refund in the park, they said contact the tour agency, the agency almost sends us to hell, they say it's not our fault they didn't warn us. Terrible service and complete irresponsibility. When buying tickets, the agency apparently did not specify anything about how and what works there, the park says that they warn every guest before buying tickets. Everyone "drove away" from solving the issue, they simply took the money for nothing. I am writing a review specifically about the agency, because I bought tickets to the park through them and they should be responsible for the quality of services and resolve these issues with the park!!! It's a terrible agency, I'll never go there and I don't advise anyone!!!

The day before the tour, I wrote to the manager that everything was canceled. They argue with rules that do not exist and with which I did not agree, there was no contract. It's a pity that on the trip you do not go to read reviews of excursion agencies and find out the whole truth only after going to write a negative experience… By the way, an employee of this agency reacted aggressively to statements about the tour and has two points (apparently to lure to another place after bad reviews about one place) near the Bahi hotel
