I ordered and delivered my food, and I was sitting at the table in the restaurant eating my food. At this time, a person whose name I remember as a G***** was shouting loudly at the employees and using derogatory expressions. I warned him to be quiet because his constant shouting made the environment very uncomfortable. However, instead of apologizing or calming down, he started walking towards me and shouting at me and used an expression like 'If you've eaten your food, get out of here'. As a customer, I was both disrespected and felt unsafe. After this incident, I submitted my complaint in writing to Popeyes customer service. Considering that a person who behaves in this way, especially considering that he works in the position of manager, I think that he seriously damages the employee profile of the institution and customer safety.
