Review of Conrad Abu Dhabi Our experience as journalists at Conrad Abu Dhabi turned out to be extremely disappointing. The hotel, which positions itself as premium, exceeded all expectations… but unfortunately, in the worst possible way. It all started with an unpleasant surprise at check-in. Late at night, we were welcomed as guests, but instead of the promised room, they tried to place us in a smaller and cheaper one, clearly hoping we wouldn’t notice the trick and offer a bribe. However, we refused and threatened to cause a scandal! As “compensation” for this so-called “mistake,” they offered us a free dinner. What followed was a series of deceptions that completely destroyed our trust. On the very first day, they informed us about the free dinner (as mentioned above), but after the meal, they handed us a bill for €120. The next day, apologizing for this incident, they offered to “make amends” with a dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants. Trusting their words, we accepted the offer, but yet again faced dishonesty — after the meal, we were presented with a bill for €350 and told it was our obligation to pay. Such behavior by the staff raises serious concerns, as this is far from being an accidental mistake but rather a deliberate scheme. It seems that deceiving guests is a standard practice at this hotel. In our opinion, the ultimate responsibility for such mismanagement lies with the General Manager. This is either gross negligence or a calculated act, possibly even in favor of competitors, aimed at tarnishing the reputation of Conrad Abu Dhabi. Unfortunately, instead of enjoying our stay, we experienced stress, mistrust, and a ruined impression. For those planning to stay here, we strongly advise being extremely vigilant, checking bills carefully, and documenting all agreements in advance. Conrad Abu Dhabi failed to meet expectations and, in essence, lost our trust. P.S. Good day to all! We had a family vacation in Abu Dhabi (September 2025). We chose the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers hotel and were not mistaken. Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, you are beautiful! We arrived at the hotel around 11:00. We were well received, served a refreshing drink, issued all the necessary documents at the reception and immediately checked into the room!!! Thanks a lot for that!!! On the day of our arrival, a very nice Russian-speaking girl, Gul, worked at the reception. It was with her that we talked throughout our vacation. She helped us with any question. Many thanks to you, Gul!! I really hope that the management encourages such employees. Our room was on the 33rd floor (large, spacious, beautiful view from the Windows). The beds in the room are very comfortable, the bed linen is snow-white, the bathrobes and towels are soft. Slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste kits are provided for each guest. The rooms have a bathtub and a shower, of course, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, cotton pads and cotton swabs, disposable caps, a shaving machine and shaving cream are provided on request. There is an ironing board and an iron. The only thing missing was a clothes dryer. Rooms are cleaned for 5+, room service, by the way, includes a service: room preparation for bedtime (somewhere from 20:00 to 21:00 they offer fresh towels, drinking water, tea, coffee). Drinking water is given in sufficient quantity every day. 5+ hotel meals! Everything was very, very tasty! The type of food was HB+ (Half Board Dine Around - breakfast and dinner, while you could have dinner in all a la carte restaurants on site). We were vacationing with a child, so we chose Abu Dhabi to be closer to the theme parks. Conrad Abu Dhabi provides a free shuttle service from the hotel to Yas Island and back (bus schedules are available at the reception). Therefore, you can easily get to Water World, Ferrari World, Sea World, Warner Bros. We visited all the parks, we really enjoyed it. We ordered a taxi through Yandex when we went to the Louvre, Team Lab and MarinaMall shopping center. The UnionPay card is very convenient to use, we recommend that you carry it with you (in addition to cash euros and dirhams).... When choosing a hotel, we were warned that the hotel does not have a sea, there is a bay... It didn't bother us, because we weren't planning a beach vacation. But, of course, we went swimming... The water in the bay is clean, the approach is gorgeous, the bottom is not muddy!!! The beach is small but cozy. The sand is white and soft (it is cleaned every morning). In general, our vacation in the UAE turned out to be so intense, it gave us a lot of emotions and vivid memories!!!.... The entire hotel staff deserves respect and praise! There was so much care and attention that our vacation turned into a fairy tale! Thanks to all the staff!!! We miss you very much, we will definitely come back!.... We love you endlessly, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers❤️!!!

A wonderful hotel, very attentive receptionists (Daniel), the reception did everything to make it clear and convenient for us to live in the hotel, room cleaning is impeccable, comfort inside the room with maximum modern amenities. Pools, grounds, restaurants- everything that is possible and impossible to imagine in terms of food. Everywhere there is a competent and high level of 5*!!! Of course it's a beautiful beach. Of course, all kinds of words of gratitude for the stay are a great merit of the hotel!!!

Great hotel! It's not a very large area (for such a large number of vacationers), but in general everything is well planned. There are many restaurants, delicious and varied breakfasts if you go to different ones every morning. Very attentive guys in the "chaise lounge" service - if they see that people have clearly abandoned the chaise longue in order to (purely on a shovel) return to it after a few hours, while the rest will be standing aside - they transfer the items to the reception of the pool, and the vacated chairs are handed over to those in need. 😉

The service is just great. The staff is helpful and courteous. The view from any room is just great. At sea or in the city, it doesn't matter, it looks cool. In general, everything in the hotel looks solid, there is no sense of texture in anything. The food in the restaurants is delicious, sometimes very tasty. The beach is clean. The pool and the area around it are also clean and well maintained. The hotel is great.

A mandatory place to visit. The most important thing is not to search for tickets on third-party platforms. Before the visit, we were puzzling over where and how to buy a ticket. This site does not have a website, because it is part of the hotel, but the hotel does not sell them on its website either. There were doubts that it would be possible to buy a ticket. It turned out that the fears were in vain. Tickets for the Observation desk are sold in the lobby of the hotel at 50 AED per person, the ticket office said there were no seats in the cafe, but when we got up we saw that there were seats and we were seated, they didn't charge any extra money for it. Order and sit and enjoy the views.

Nice hotel Excellent breakfasts Dinner was not taken, there is a small shopping center on the lower floors, there is a cool supermarket with lots of food. The beach is generally zero, the water is dirty. There are 3 pools, but they are also modest. We lived on the 38th floor, with a view bathroom, but the room itself is small, with old furniture. Therefore, you can put 5/10 for a light bath. In general, the hotel has a good location, you can see everything in a few days. They certainly don't get along with cleaning in the morning, they sometimes didn't clean up until the evening. In general, if you want to hang out in the center, this is the hotel for you. If you want a nice quiet beach, a large pool, a beautiful view, then go to Fairmont Bab Al Bahr.

A great hotel, there is a disadvantage - when ordering sea bass at the Nahaam restaurant, it was not on the menu, I had to order a burger, but it turned out to be very bland, we could not eat it. The nicoise salad was just iced potatoes, which is also tasteless! I still didn't like the beach, boats and jet skis are parked very close, which is very unpleasant because there is a smell of fuel.… Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, the rooms are expensive, everything is clean and beautiful, the room cleaning is simply top notch, thank you. I liked the buffet restaurant, there were many types of menus, there was even borscht (very tasty, special thanks to the chef), I really liked the buckwheat!

Super hotel, great breakfasts, chic restaurants, pleasant evening compliments from Byredo (aromatic pillow spray, eye cream, lip balm), the room was cleaned 2 times a day. The service is excellent, they will always ask if everything is in order, how to help ... everything for a good rest both body and soul. Nice fitness center! Expensive materials in the decoration are inspiring! Free access to the Observation Deck at 300 on the 74th floor of the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel during the New Year holidays in 2022! We booked a family room, in fact it was two adjacent rooms with a door between them. We lived on the 44th floor with a gorgeous view of the bay! The rooms are spacious, the beds are large and comfortable, the linen is snow-white, there is a kettle, a capsule coffee machine, water. We had breakfast and dinner included. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. Dinners to choose from in any of the 5 restaurants, the restaurant must be selected the day before and informed of the guest-reception. At dinners, drinks are available for a fee, even tea/coffee. The children's pool was very cold and the youngest daughter (at that time she was 11 years old and she swam well) swam with us as an adult, so the lifeguard did not leave us at that time, stood on the side next to us. He did not allow her to stay alone in the pool, he pointed to the children's pool. There are a lot of sun beds near the pools, they carry water, ice cream, spread towels wherever you ask, They did not swim In the sea, the water was cold, and it's hard to call it the sea! I recommend the hotel!

A great hotel, polite and helpful staff, good pools and beach, the water in the bay is cloudy, but these are small things. For hotel guests, there is free access to the observation deck, which seems to be the highest in Abu Dhabi (there is panoramic glazing). Nice bar under the playground, so the view is also great. I've been to several Hilton hotels in Russia and everywhere the accommodation was more expensive than this hotel)) and this is probably my biggest surprise.

An ideal hotel for exploring the urban part of Abu Dhabi. The location is very convenient. We specially stayed at this hotel to go from it to all kinds of activities such as amusement parks and independent excursions. We only went to a restaurant with a Swedish line, we were completely delighted with the quality of the products! Cuisine for every taste: European, Arabic, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Japanese. In general, this is just a paradise for gourmets! I don't usually eat desserts in hotels, but the desserts here are so high-quality and delicious that it was impossible not to try! We lived on the 40th floor-it's just a separate entertainment: looking at the city from a height. There is a panoramic elevator, a separate joy) The beach is small, but, of course, swimming in the sea is not very good: the water is murky and stagnant, so everyone in the pool cools down. Beyond the beach and the sea only on Saadiyat. Be sure to use the option of visiting the observation deck! The gym is very pleasant and comfortable. We really enjoyed everything!

This is a great hotel! There are several restaurants, including those with a Michelin Star! 3 swimming pools and a beach. The unique building has 74 floors. On the top floor there is a cafe and an observation deck with stunning views of Abu Dhabi and the sea! It's very beautiful there both during the day and in the evening.

Great hotel, great breakfasts, great view from the window! Minus the elevator , it's not entirely clear how they work, I couldn't go down to my friend on the floor below. The beach is not very convenient in terms of the bay, in May the sun heats the water as if you go into a vat of hot water, the pool is more convenient. Room service is a separate respect , I haven 't even met this anywhere . In general, the place is great for meetings, or relaxing without children!

Lovely hotel :) We lived on the 27th floor, but the windows were somewhat dirty to appreciate the view from such beauty. The breakfasts are excellent, the service is excellent and on a high level. For hotel guests, there is a free entrance to the neighboring tower on the observation deck at an altitude of 300 meters. I recommend it!

Excellent 5-star hotel. I liked the huge lobby, friendly staff. The room was upgraded to a suite on a high floor with a view of the bay. Free access to the observation deck at Etihad Towers is available for hotel guests. A wonderful variety of breakfasts with a separate area for guests with status. Corners with different cuisines are available for breakfast: European, Arabic, Asian. Also, a lounge area on the territory of the restaurant with food, snacks and alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine and spirits, is available for Diamond participants in the evenings. There are swimming pools with sun beds on the street. The staff delivers free ice cream, water and chilled towels.
