The seller is a cad. It's been a long time since I've seen such terrible service. There were 3 people in front of me in the queue, and during the service of these three people, the salesman was always talking on the phone about some personal matters. Well, okay, he's probably a busy man, but when I asked him to cut off a small piece of halva for a sample (saying that I usually buy it somewhere else and decided to try it here for comparison), he answered me: "So buy where you bought it, we don't cut off small pieces." I was shocked by this response, and asked for a book of complaints, but he refused: "I won't give you anything, I don't have anything." Unfortunately, I was in too much of a hurry to call the police and still leave an entry in the complaint book. But I was shocked by this service... At the same time, I sincerely feel sorry for the owner of the outlet - he is a very kind and attentive man, he used to often stand behind the counter himself, it was always nice to buy something from him, but now it's just a nightmare.

I never write reviews, but here the situation requires. I hope the owner will care about his business and he will definitely figure out the staff. At 17-18 o'clock we passed by the store and decided to take a baklava. Since we don't know much about its types, is there any difference, we approached the seller to ask. He replied that she was all the same, take something. Well, since we were not given competent advice, we asked for a baklava from a certain box (since we had tried exactly this shape before), to which we received the answer: "it's already the end of the working day, it's closed, I won't open this box." But it's in the window!? And the end of the working day of the point is marked at 22:00. That is, the store is definitely open for another 4-5 hours… Thanks to that, we just left. At such moments, you realize that it is not the place of sale that harms the business, but the staff who work for this business.

The store is closed during the specified business hours. There is a sign "break of 15 minutes" without specifying the time. We waited for more than 20 minutes, the seller did not appear.
