The store is good, cheap, and I like the prices and quality. But the staff leaves much to be desired. I bought underwear a month ago, there wasn't one piece in the package, but there should be 5 of them. I asked the cashier before paying if everything was correct, and she replied that it was. After the payment, I decided to calculate, it turned out that one piece was missing. I turned to the administrator, they say, supposedly report. She replied that I bought the last thing and take it like this, they say they take everything and you take it. He told me to send a refund, to which the answer was that the underwear was non-refundable. I decided to check for availability on the shelves, and change it there if there is. I found it, turned to the admin to change it or report it. To which she replied in a rude way that no was not allowed. So I just did it myself. Parenting is zero, conversion is zero, and this is the administrator. It's a pity that she didn't wear a badge with her last name, otherwise she would have indicated the full name for the store management. I hope they care)
