Dear Delight Pool! We have been visiting your pool for several years and have been satisfied so far.: service, value for money, convenient location. However, I would like to draw your attention to some changes that are not for the better. First, there is just a terrible amount of chlorine in the water. After visiting the pool, the skin is terribly tight, cracks, white to the point of peeling, feels like sandpaper. And this is not only my opinion, but also my family and friends. I have to wash off in the shower for almost half an hour and then pour half a bottle of lotion / cream on myself. This is not only extremely unpleasant, but also very harmful. Secondly, the price is rising, as it does everywhere else, but at the same time, the maintenance of landscaping is lame. Old, dilapidated sun beds, battered, dirty mattresses, the same umbrellas. The coating of the pool bottom also leaves much to be desired - there are black spots everywhere, signs of wear. I believe that you make a good cash register during the season, given the influx of people, and you could well invest in basic repairs and improvements to the territory. After all, it's your image. There are no complaints about the kitchen and bar, as well as about the service staff.

From my impressions: =stormy surroundings - profiled fences, crumbling tiles and decking everywhere, dusty sun beds, plastic palm trees, everything looks extremely cheap =the pool is tired, with black seams and peeling coating =there's a construction site nearby, relaxing to the cheerful sounds of a grinder =there are a lot of ants on all sun beds and sofas =you can only order drinks in the pool bar and you can't transfer it to an already opened account at the sunbed. That is, it is assumed that you are sailing to this bar with your phone or cash in your mouth) From the good: =the pool itself is spacious =surrounded by trees, a swimming pool in the park =music is ok =friendly staff =water is not strongly chlorinated The price of a visit is now 9500tg on weekdays. I don't think I'll be going to this place again sometime, there are better pools in the city, of course.

The pool positions itself as a +18 club, but there were a lot of children on the day of our visit. The music is blaring to the fullest, and relaxing is out of the question. Entrance tickets on a weekday are quite expensive, TG 9,000, bags are placed at the entrance for the availability of food and drinks. The pool is not heated, but in the hot Almaty summer you can refresh yourself. I would like to note the fast and non-intrusive service. The waiters are very friendly and courteous. Prices for food and drinks are the same as in a restaurant. It doesn't taste anything special. It'll do for once, but it won't be a place for me to return to regularly.
