I asked for a "T-shirt," but the cashier apparently did not hear, quickly punched through my product and began punching purchases to the next next customer, including the package. Since I really asked for a package, I decided that it was mine, and I started putting the groceries in there. In response, the cashier said with a displeased look: "Girl, this is actually not your T-shirt!". As a result, it turned out to be awkward — the next customer looked at me as if I was picking up a package she had already paid for. The situation could have been calmly and politely explained, but instead there was an unpleasant feeling and sediment. I would like to be more attentive and communicate correctly with customers.
