Great atmosphere especially in the evening. Nice shisha and the staff is welcoming and great as a whole. Reasonable prices. Good location as well. Definitely would recommend visiting this place!

The restaurant was within walking distance from us. Cozy, beautiful, delicious. Basically, everyone tries to sit on the veranda. Desserts and coffee are the top cuteness in the ranking. Bears at the table are also a great welcome, milakhi! The price tag is adequate for this location and concept. The service is excellent, the waiters are always at the start, the only thing is that waiting for dishes takes longer than the standard time. Realizing that the wait had dragged on, the waiter offered a compliment: coffee for all 4 guests at the table. Concept/design 10/10 Food 10/10 Service, maintenance, staff 10/10 Waiting for 8/10

Even though I was in Dubai for a short time, but I liked this place the most! The staff is bombastic!!! The food was done very quickly, despite the busy restaurant. The food itself is delicious, and THE COFFEE… I've never drunk this kind of coffee anywhere in my life. Everything is very tasty and soulful. When the waiters found out that I was from Russia, they were so happy that they started hanging around and helping me with everything. They even made a compliment from the institution!!! The overall score is 10/5

We got aesthetic pleasure from serving dishes and their appearance. The food and drinks also pleased with their quality and taste. The staff is 50/50 - I got a strange waitress who literally avoided eye contact and was afraid to serve to us. The second waiter was excellent, positive and brought everything quickly, gave me WiFi. Overall: the place is pleasant for gatherings, cozy and delicious.

It's a great restaurant. Very cozy, teddy bears are sitting everywhere, the interior is interesting. From the food - coffee, since it was morning and it was convenient since it is located a step away from Burkhalifa and Dubai Mall. I liked the pitch very much. The coffee is good! We came here to take the kids. As a result, they were not interested in bears😂 A large ivy bear can be found at each table. Mostly bears are found on the children's menu, desserts and some drinks. The cuisine is predominantly Turkish. The portions are large. The staff served well.

Navat always pleases, I've been to a chain of these restaurants in 4 different countries, the food is delicious and the place is always atmospheric. I've been here in Dubai specifically a couple of times (in 2024 and 2025) - there are good views of skyscrapers, a cozy atmosphere, and there are even Russian tobacco brands in the smoking area. There is a menu in Russian on the tablet. With a heavy load, they didn't wait for their dishes for a long time. I will definitely come back again, if possible.

We are regular customers of this establishment, but we do not understand why the manager Haris allows himself to communicate very impudently and disrespectfully with the guests who visit your restaurant every day and recommend it to their friends and acquaintances?! He sets his own rules that without buying drinks and food, it is impossible to order a hookah. Why make such stupid rules that a hookah is 49 dirhams, but you won't be served it unless you order other drinks and dishes on the menu?! Increase the cost of the hookah then and do not make you feel like a beggar after the attitude of your managers. How does such a person even work in management?! Speaking of your food, to be honest, either there is an incredible amount of oil in potatoes, or they are served stale at unreasonably high prices. Then you have to take a pill for stomach discomfort. This is not the first time your manager Haris has behaved disrespectfully. Now, we definitely will not return to your restaurant and we will definitely tell absolutely everyone the true truth about your service. (((( We accompany clients of this establishment, but we don't understand why manager Haris allows to be so rude and disrespectful to guests who visit your restaurant daily and recommend it to their friends and acquaintances?!
