An urbanized beach, located near the DMCC metro station (15 minutes), along the way you can observe a wonderful view of Dubai Marina. There is an opportunity to collect drinking water before entering the beach. There are sun loungers with a parasol on the beach at a price of 250-270 dirhams. The people are mostly located on the sand. Or they swim for an hour or more. The water is very warm in October. There is no freshness. The entrance to the sea is gentle, the children will be fine. The view of the sea, the Ferris wheel, the skyscrapers surrounding the bay is pleasing to the eye... At the end of your vacation on the beach, you can wash your feet and take a shower for a fee.

I really liked the beach. The sand is white, clean, the sea is emerald. The coast is mostly well maintained. There are open showers, which is very convenient. The private recreation areas are in perfect condition. Everything is beautiful, just awesome!

I was on the beach on 09/22/2024. The water is dirty. I didn't find showers and changing rooms, or I didn't get there, but most likely I didn't want to look, my mind refused to go into dirty water)). Crows peck dead fish. Personally, I didn't like it at the moment. I went to the beach on the bridge next to the Marina Mall on the left side of Rixos. I think those who chose this hotel during this period will not be thrilled with the beach. Yesterday-the day before yesterday I was at Kite Beach, the water is cleaner here, decent showers, free wi-fi and drinking water. In Mamzar Park, the purest water was on one of their five beaches - in front of Flamingo Beach. Umbrellas above the benches are free of charge. Closed and clean showers with toilets, near the beach. There is no Wi-fi and no free water. But the views, the white sand and the emerald clear water cover everything. Plus, the large and beautiful territory of the park. La Mer beach can also be said without infrastructure. Old remnants of showers and changing cabins.

The beach is divided into zones, public and those that belong to hotels and maybe just paid ones. I did not delve into the details of which of them. Of the cons, the territory of the public beach is not large enough, there are no showers with fresh water, only for washing feet were noticed, changing rooms, and either did not pay attention or very few toilets. You can walk along the beaches of the Hilton, Five and beyond and stay there, just not on the sun beds, of course, but closer to the shore, I have not seen anyone ask the guards to leave, and even more so the hotel beds are not at the very shore, but at a decent distance, so no one bothers anyone. The further away from the public beach, the more desolate the area.

It is really difficult to get to this beach, because officially it is public, but the hotels of the first line have closed the passages to it. And none of them spoke about the real state of affairs at sea. It is possible that these are the consequences of flooding or poor water circulation due to bulk islands . The rest was ruined. The water on JBR beach was the color of urine. Literally and figuratively. Hot and dirty yellow. Dead fish are swimming. Pads. Cups. and other garbage. Even the water between the leaves of the palm tree where the richest people live is green like in a swamp.
