My husband and I stay in Ankara every summer in at least three different hotels in the city, plus or minus one category (always A five), there is something to compare it with. The hotel has a beautiful lobby, but the hotel itself and the room are absolutely not impressed. Only one part of the hotel was very pleased - at the end of the description. Number. We lived in a Deluxe room, 1402. It's not clear what it deserves its category for, other than the fact that it has a capsule coffee machine. Great view from the window, I liked the panoramic windows. The room itself is quite neat, but the design of the room is old, the furniture is old. In the bathroom, the handle barely holds, the bathroom itself also looks quite old, the corners are yellow. When you turn on the shower, the faucet continues to flow both from below and above - I hope it will be repaired after the recall. A very uncomfortable closet, no shelves. The sockets in the room are made very inconveniently - it is impossible to put the phone on charge from the bedside tables, and even connect one of the lamp sockets far behind the bed, it is tight to them and I could not plug the plug into the socket. They opened the window, and my husband somehow managed to close the mechanism back with a spoon. I definitely wouldn't have closed it alone. The bed is good, I liked the mattress. But the quality of the bed linen / blanket / pillows does not match the hotel with the prefix "luxury" at all. The Wi-FI Internet is just disgusting, there is only one antenna, there was no connection all the time. We came once for breakfast at 8:30 a.m.: we found an already dried scramble and dried French fries. Maybe the cheeses and fruits weren't bad, but we left without breakfast. But they ordered lentil soup in the room, it was good. And now the hotel's huge plus, and like another world, is the hotel's pool with a SPA and gym. Magnificent modern design, facilities, tranquility and a wonderful atmosphere, the cleaner licks everything every minute, cleanliness and beauty everywhere, excellent ventilation. Muted tones, aesthetics, relaxation. It was like being in another hotel :) It's the only place I want to come back to.
