We visited this establishment before closing for repairs, and indeed the premises need to be repaired. The stall was stuffy, so I had to open the door from time to time. There is no sound insulation, you could hear people singing karaoke in other booths, or maybe opening the doors too. The kitchen is generally good, but expensive. The waiters seem to work in another place, but they only come in to help with the service. The receptionist herself is a very polite and friendly, pleasant woman. I've underestimated the rating so far, because the interior needs to be transformed in the institution.
