We stayed at this hotel on 01.09.2024 - 04.09.2024. One of the advantages is a good location, the price-quality ratio is 4/5. But, unfortunately, it is difficult to talk about any advantages when it comes to the lack of security in the room. On the second day of arrival at the hotel, money was stolen from our room. The money was not in the safe, but in the linen drawer, which became the main argument in subsequent proceedings - the hotel administration believes that if the money is not hidden from prying eyes, the staff has the right to take it, and the responsibility lies with the guests. I am now writing my second review of this hotel, as the first one had to be deleted due to pressure from the hotel owner. Instead of an adequate reaction and attempts to help (I do not consider it an attempt to help the fact that they took an explanatory note from us and promised to look at the cameras), the administration raised its voice, threatened to fight and blamed us for everything. I will not call the entire hotel staff thieves, because there were nice and adequate people among them, however, the money was stolen, the response of the administration was inadequate, which means that this administration is either not ready to admit the problems, or covers the thief. Be careful.

It's a beautiful place. Price-quality ratio 👍 There is a huge portion of 500 lire kebab and salad on the next street. The center is 15 minutes away by tram. Everything is clean and tidy, very nice hostess

On the website of the tour operator "Premiere" is listed as 4*, in fact 3* is a stretch. There is no buffet for breakfast, they give out a portion breakfast on a plate: a lot of bread and rolls, a lot of jam, 2 thin slices of cheese, 1 slice of cheese, 2 thin translucent slices of cucumber / tomato, olives, 1 boiled egg every other day, and once in 10 days of stay the egg was fried. There were no glasses for toothbrushes in the room (on the 3rd floor, 302), they themselves inserted a bottle cut in half. The kettle was provided, but there are no glasses for tea. The room is very narrow and cramped (we still had a mini-passage, there is none in other rooms), the area together with the toilet is about 11 sq.m. Room for two, there was only one chair. In the toilet, sitting on the toilet, they rest their knees in the shower.the cabin, sit only sideways. Instead of a dryer, there is a stick over the toilet.of the toiletries-initially, 2 small bottles of shampoo and 2 circles of soap were put for two people - this is for 10 days of stay, no more bottles of shampoo were put on other days, it is indicated that if they ran out, buy for money. TV practically does not broadcast channels in good quality, only 4 channels work, but without color, with strong ripples and noise.The mattress is comfortable, this is a plus.The renovation in the room is fresh, but hastily done and everything is falling apart. The Windows overlook the bus park and the bus stop-buses are noisy until late and start working very early. The audibility between the rooms is very strong, there is no noise insulation. Wi-Fi on the 3rd floor did not work in any way for all 10 days, it worked only on the 1st floor. Of the staff, only 2 people spoke English, the rest only Turkish. I do not recommend it for long-term stays and vacations!
