I wanted to put 3*, but no. Why: 1) location - 1st line, exit to the embankment, close to the center and all infrastructure nearby. 2) the beach is private, clean, sun beds and umbrellas are free. Yes, you will be offered a menu of drinks and snacks, but if you don't take anything, no one will tell you anything. The sea is clean, because there is a small distance from the center). 3) friendly staff, everyone gets in touch and is ready to help (there are many Russian speakers, so there are no problems at all) 4) Good breakfasts on the hotel veranda overlooking the sea. One, but serious, disadvantage is the dead numbers. To say that they have been in need of repair for a long time is nothing to say. The rooms seem to have everything for a long stay, but how does it all look? Even the laminate flooring is sinking underfoot. Apparently, they tried to make the bathroom look good (they painted the tiles around the perimeter with rubber paint, it looks clean, but very strange). I can't say anything about cleaning, it's been 3 days, it seems to be clean. I recommend the hotel if the type of room is not important, because everything else is "plus". Will I come back? In Marmaris, definitely "Yes". I'll probably go to the hotel and see something else in the area.

26.09.2024. A normal hotel. Corresponds to the 3rd. The rooms are cleaned every day, everything is clean. Change of towels-stated every two days, but changed every day. Quietly, calmly. Their beach is cleaned every day. The hotel is on the first line. Meals are only breakfasts, but with a good choice. The food is delicious. The hotel has a beach bar and a restaurant. The prices for the first line are quite adequate. The food in the restaurant is delicious - but the portions are huge-I have never been able to eat the whole thing (the waiters constantly came up and asked if everything was okay with the dish and why I was not eating), cocktails, by the way, are also delicious and are not made from local schmurdyak. On the beach, bartenders are constantly coming up - they offer a menu and a drink list. The guests are mostly British and Italians. The staff doesn't speak much Russian - but using an interpreter solves all the issues (or speak English). In general, if you do not need a round-the-clock gluttony, if you just want to relax by the sea, I recommend it. The hotel has a small swimming pool with sun loungers and a children's playground. But if you are traveling with children, it is better to choose another hotel - there are no animators and entertainment there. In general, the hotel is for a relaxing holiday. It's not my first time in Marmaris - I'm good at navigating there - so I was satisfied with everything. From the infrastructure - Wi-Fi in the hotel -I almost didn't catch it in my room, but it worked perfectly on the hotel grounds and on the beach. The bus stop is three steps away from the hotel. A two-minute walk away is MGM discount -you can buy all the little things or clothes if you forgot something. On the second floor there are textiles with very good prices (unlike textile centers, where prices are three to four times higher). In addition, there are a lot of small shops on the right, on the left, opposite. A 7-minute walk away is Migros -this is if someone needs food. But, kmk, compared to even a Pyaterochka and a Magnet, this is even worse. In general, it feels like prices in Turkey have tripled. If you buy something, then only textiles, the rest are prices like ours and / or more expensive. It's easier to buy all the houses through marketplaces. I took a tour to Coral - as always, everything is on top. Flight - Turkish Airlines - without delays, clearly on schedule. 8 kg of hand luggage and 20 kg of luggage (suddenly, someone needs this information). When departing from Turkey, you can put 2 places in your luggage, if you fit into the weight limit - without additional charges.

I am currently (September 2024) in this hotel with my husband, the penultimate day. Positive: good location, not noisy in the evening, the window isolates both the road and the music well enough; the bar has cool cocktails; hookah at a good price; the adjacent territory is not very large, but pleasant (hammocks, its own beach with sun beds, which are enough for everyone, a pool for children and adults, a playground); wi-fi it catches well both in common areas (beach, pool, lobby) and in rooms (we had the 4th floor); breakfast is decent, everyone will find something to eat, but do not wait for red fish; there is a refrigerator in the room, 2 towels for each and a plus for the legs; horses worked properly all the time; there is an elevator; there is an outdoor shower near the pool; there is sand on the beach, but the entrance is small by pebbles; there is a wardrobe and hangers with it. Migros, McDonald's and a bus stop are nearby. Minuses: the condition of the rooms is so-so, the laminate is swollen, the repair is outdated, the refrigerator barely plows, there is no kettle; shampoo + shower gel in one dispenser, soap also hangs in the dispenser; room cleaning is so–so - usually only garbage is taken away, towels were changed 1 time in a week, bed linen - never; a big minus that in there is no cooler in the common area (no cold water to drink, no tea to brew); the pool is open only until 18:00–it's a shame; very expensive cocktails and menus in the cafe, but in general, as everywhere else in the city, the cafe itself is pleasant and atmospheric; beach towels either on deposit, or for an additional fee There was a lack of a swimsuit dryer on the balcony. For me personally, the cons overlap with the pros and for 4* in Turkey, I think it's quite good, I was satisfied with the rest.

For breakfast, there are omelets, sausages, cheese, vegetables, pastries and sweets, the portions are large, everything is delicious. Wi-Fi is free, available in the rooms and on the beach. The sea is good, the city is located in a bay surrounded on all sides by mountains, creating a special pleasant atmosphere. On the beach, sun beds, towels, tables are all new, provided free of charge. There are no animators, no one bothers or harasses. Shops, currency exchanges, Migoros are all within walking distance. It's a peaceful and pleasant stay here

The most terrible vacation — I don't recommend it to anyone! Not for families, not for recreation, not for sleeping! I am writing this review at 2:32 a.m., on the fourth day of our "vacation." I just can't take it anymore. This time, I was woken up by the loud conversations of the neighbors — they were yelling as if they had gathered in our room. I haven't been able to sleep for several nights in a row. There is absolutely no sound insulation — you can hear everything: conversations, quarrels, even how someone turns on the water or flushes the toilet. It feels like you're not living in a hotel, but in a cheap hostel. It all started with the settlement. We were given room 411. It seemed to be an ordinary room, but as soon as night fell, I began to hear rustling — someone was clearly running around in the walls. It sounds like a mouse. The child couldn't sleep because of fear, and we asked the reception to relocate. We were offered room 204. It would seem that this is the solution to the problem. But that was not the case. As soon as we unpacked and started to settle in, a HUGE cockroach ran across the floor. The child screamed and burst into tears from fright. For a hotel that is supposedly suitable for a family holiday, this is simply unacceptable. Cleaning is superficial. Constant noise outside the walls. In the evening, the hotel feels like you're living in a courtyard — the doors are slamming, someone is walking, making noise, talking loudly. There can be no question of any sleep, let alone rest. The staff seems to be polite, but they don't respond enthusiastically to requests. They just shrugged their shoulders at the complaint about the cockroach and the mouse, as if it were normal, and generally I say and show that you can't have it. This is the first time we've seen such hypocrisy. Moving to another room didn't help at all — the conditions weren't any better. With all this in mind, I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Especially if you are traveling with children or just hoping to get enough sleep and relax. This "vacation" has become a real stress for us. We are leaving here mentally and physically tired. We bought two rooms through Agoda for $ 1,605 , on the very first day we were informed to deduct the first day and return the money , they do not want to return it according to their rules . And the fact that they provide inappropriate services . It doesn't concern them. Minuses: Disgusting sound insulation Insects in the room (cockroaches) Rustling in the walls (probably mice) Dirt and odor in the bathroom Poor cleaning Complete indifference on the part of the staff Uncomfortable beds Pros: — They just don't exist. We are very sorry that we chose this hotel. I hope my review will help others avoid the same mistake.

We had a vacation in September 2022. The hotel, of course, is a three-star and requires renovation. But if you, like us, just want to spend the night, then the option is generally great. The room is very clean, cleaned every day. Towels, snow-white bed linen. The mattress is comfortable, the pillows and blankets are soft. All the equipment is working. The room wasn't stuffy and it wasn't damp. The swimsuits were dried on a small outdoor balcony. It was very cozy, with a view of the road on one side, the beach on the other, and the balcony itself overlooked the neighboring hotel. The beach is very clean, the sun beds were free at any time. There weren't many guests to occupy everything. There is a shower area and a changing room in front of the hotel. The pool is heated and very large, but we only swam there a couple of times for a photo, it was enough for us) since we mostly swam in the sea. At the exit of the hotel there is a main pedestrian road that leads to the embankment with restaurants. We only took breakfast, it was generally delicious, and we never went hungry. Sausages in sauce are generally chic, I still remember them with warmth. The only fruits were watermelons and melons all the time. Drinks coffee from the vending machine, tea, juices from the vending machine.

This is not a foursome, there are no stars here. It's just the Dora beach Hotel, an old, shabby hotel with traces of its former greatness. Don't try to drag the children here, starve them to death. The food was full of trash, there was no meat for lunch on the first day. Then, boiled chicken and overcooked mackerel appeared periodically. But it was very rarely and very sparingly given out, piece by piece. The staff, by the way, is pleasant - normal guys. Of the good ones, there is also a private beach 100 meters from the hotel with enough umbrellas and sun beds. Two bars, one on the street, one next to the dining room - there is vodka, gin, beer, lemonades. A small swimming pool in front of the hotel. That's where all the good things end. I definitely do not recommend it, it is a waste of money and time.
