I got acquainted with this brand back in 2019, when they opened a branch in Qatar. Then there was an action, 'Buy three things, get one as a gift.' I take care of things and always look at the recommendations for care.. The tag stated that things can be washed at 30 degrees, but I was overly cautious and washed everything in cold water and at a minimum spin. Imagine my surprise when, after washing, the dress shrank by almost three sizes. It just stopped fitting on me. The T-shirts also shrank. I was shocked and then decided that I would not buy anything else from this brand. After a couple of years, I decided to give it a second chance. I bought another dress in a Selfie. I washed it by hand in cold water and it not only shrank again, but also shed terribly. The water was covered in paint, even the nails were stained. The sleeves became shorter, the dress lost its appearance. After that, I promised myself again not to buy clothes there anymore. But recently I needed linen shirts, and I liked the style of the Selfie. I bought three shirts, a white one, a black one, and an ivory one. I gave almost 800 thousand soums for everything. Before wearing them, I washed them in cold water at 400 rpm, this is the most gentle mode. And all three shirts have shrunk by about two sizes. ((((( I'm just terrified. I'm really sorry for the money I spent. Things are beautiful in appearance, the styles are good, but the quality of the fabric and tailoring is a huge problem!!!! Just trash! People shouldn't buy clothes all at once, especially for that kind of money. I would really like the brand to pay attention to the quality of the materials, because I just don't want to return after such an experience.
