Жаль, что почти всегда работает лишь одно окно, а электронная очередь сломалась почти сразу почле открытия этого отделения. Однако мне всегда везёт, когда я прихожу- народа почти нет. Очень удобное расположение и приятное оформление - отделение светлое. Жду, когда работникам почты будут платить достойную зарплату, и руководство приведёт отделение к изначальному блеску.

Работает 1 окно, на очередь из 15 человек. На просьбу предоставить жалобную книгу, сотрудник только потерял время - книга не нашлась. Жалобу попросили написать электронно. Растерянная сотрудница почты сказала: «Я одна, все увольняются так как платят копейки». Минут через 40 пришла еще одна сотрудница и сообщила: «у меня вобще сегодня выходной». Просто ужас, больше часа мы вынужденно ждали в очереди, чтобы забрать посылку.
