I came on a business trip for a few days. Before leaving, I looked at the halls next to the hotel. I called in advance and asked if I could train for 3 days for a one-time fee (in all gyms this is called a one-time workout). I was told that no problem, come on. On 01/23/2025, I came to the training, paid for it, but I was corrected several times that this was a trial session. He asked if I could come back tomorrow the same way. The receptionist said I could. I came the next day, and they tell me that you were already at a trial training session yesterday, so buy a subscription... At least a month... And I need one workout. It's not a fact that I will come here again within a month. As a result, they wouldn't let me go to training, they spread their hands... The customer orientation is off the charts. I could definitely recommend this gym to someone, but now I don't. As a result, the mood is spoiled... This is the first room that was rejected like that. I travel a lot to different cities, and there are one-time classes everywhere, without any problems. I study every day and try not to miss it. Anyway, I went to another gym... It's good that there was a normal gym nearby, without strange rules.
